Study On Poverty Alleviation And Development Of Ecological Tourism In Ethnic Regions

With the continuous development of China's tourism industry, its economic benefits has gradually taken seriously by people, Some ethnic minority areas have begun to carry out tourism poverty alleviation by local tourism resources, the work of tourism poverty alleviation is increasingly attracting attention from all sectors of society. Since twenty-first Century, the international has put forward the "Pro poor tourism" and "sustainable tourism eliminating poverty". Although China's tourism industry started relatively late, but the local government is also increasing emphasis on the importance of tourism poverty alleviation, and the poverty alleviation form also tend to diversity, and then gradually formed a system and diversified forms of poverty alleviation.In China, the ethnic area belongs to the undeveloped area,and the speed of its development has also been restrained by the local poverty situation. Because of its unique geographical position and the large number of ethnic minorities, which provides a unique resource advantage to the local tourism development and the development of ecological tourism poverty alleviation. But with the over exploitation and frenzied exploitation of tourism resources by developers, the "non pollution industry" impression of tourism industry has been damaged.As the blind pursuit of economic interests, the healthy development of social,economy and environment has been damaged. Therefore, the development of ecological tourism poverty alleviation mode can be an effective way in the ethnic minority areas,and this mode can not only take into account the poverty alleviation in minority areas in economy growth, but also reach the poor effect at the same time, and play a positive role in the balance of ecological environment, sustainable development and implementation of local tourism.This paper explores the development of ecological tourism in the ethnic areas in order to achieve the purpose of poverty alleviation, with the reasonable development of tourism resources in the ethnic areas.It must translate the ecological tourism resources into the ecological assets,and develop the economic value of ecological resources to drive the healthy development of national economy.It can also lay economic foundation for poverty alleviation, and finally realize the desire to escape poverty in ethnic minority areas.This paper is based on the theory of the multipliereffect of tourism, sustainable development theory and the theory of income distribution. It has conducted the research to the ecological tourism in ethnic regions of the model.In the process of poverty alleviation and development of ecological tourism,translate the ecological tourism resources into the local ecological assets and the capitalization and strengthen the definition of property rights in the ecological tourism management.And then discuss the effects of ecological tourism and in order to determine the best mode of ecological tourism in the ethnic area poverty alleviation.Discussion on the ecological effects of poverty through tourism in Yunnan Province, and further analysis of the current situation of poverty and ecological products, current development of the tourism industry and the leading role played by tourism in Yunnan Province, pointed out the existing problems, and finally combine ecology in Yunnan Province poverty Situation tourism development proposed countermeasures.
