With the continuous and rapid development of China's economy and the acceleration of the urbanization process,the demand and supply of power equipment are increasing.The competition among power equipment manufacturers such as transformers is increasingly reflected in the competition of comprehensive strength such as technology,capital,marketing,etc.This paper takes company C as the research object,analyzes the existing problems in enterprise marketing,and puts forward the marketing mix strategy,which has important practical significance.This paper takes the northwest marketing strategy of C company's transformer products as the research object.Firstly,the development status of transformer industry is introduced,and the practical background and significance of the research are put forward.Secondly,it combs the concept and theory of marketing and introduces the research tools used in this paper.Thirdly,it introduces the development status and trend of transformer industry as well as the situation of Northwest market,and introduces the marketing strategy adopted by the company from the perspective of 4P.By means of questionnaire and interview,this paper investigates the current situation of marketing and summarizes the existing problems.With the help of PEST model and five forces model,this paper analyzes the marketing environment of C company,and introduces the micro environment of C company.Then,the transformer market is subdivided,and the target market is selected based on the company's resources.It is considered that company C should adopt selective specialization in the Northwest market,focus on the power market,especially the high-end market segment,and selectively produce special transformers with a certain market scale,such as special transformers for electric vehicles in the transportation industry.On this basis,it puts forward the combination of 4P marketing strategy,in which the product line strategy and product development strategy are discussed,in which the goal of pricing and the pricing method based on life cycle are discussed,in which the existing channel optimization and the measures of developing agent are discussed,and in which the measures of personnel promotion and advertisingpromotion are discussed.Finally,the paper summarizes the whole research and points out the shortcomings of the research.The research of this paper defines the marketing environment for company C,so as to formulate targeted marketing strategies to help the company achieve sales goals.At the same time,the research results are also worthy of reference for other companies in the same industry.
