| Under the leadership of the "Belt and Road",the national plan has repeatedly emphasized the deepening of the reform of the transportation industry structure and encouraged the development of container sea-rail combined transportation.At the same time,there are independent railway transportation operators in the transportation market.They pay fees to the railway companies to obtain the actual operating rights of railway transportation within a specific range,which is conducive to the development of railway transportation from fixed freight rates to flexible pricing.To improve the market competitiveness of railway transportation.In addition,in practice,the decision-making of railway container train schedules lacks scientificity,which affects the ultimate revenue of railway operations.Therefore,optimizing the train operation plan is an important way to improve the revenue of railway transportation.This article takes the perspective of the independent operator of railway transportation as the starting point,and takes the port import box as the research object.The research content is as follows:(1)Based on the cumulative prospect theory,it describes the customer’s choice behavior about the way of collecting and distributing goods.(2)Considering the situation of highway competition,a pricing optimization model is established based on game theory and bi-level programming model.(3)The genetic algorithm is designed by Matlab,and by comparison with the heuristic algorithm,the optimal schedule arrangement plan is obtained under the given transport box volume and pricing,which includes the route,the number of shifts,and the time of shifts.Finally,the results of the two stages of optimization are comprehensively analyzed,and the optimal pricing range of railway transport operators and the optimal train dispatch schedule are analyzed,which maximizes the profit of railway transport and analyzes the sensitivity of the train schedule.The innovation of this paper is to consider the limited rationality of customer selection behavior,and to discuss the issues of sea-rail combined transportation pricing game and train operation comprehensively,and finally determine an optimal decision including optimal pricing and optimal operating plan,To get the most benefit. |
