Study On Soft Power Improvement Path Of Agricultural Leading Enterprises In Hebei Province From The Perspective Of Internal Control

Agricultural leading enterprises in Hebei Province play an important role in promoting the development of agricultural economy in Hebei Province,and their competitiveness will affect the overall competitive strength of agricultural economy.At present,the hard power of agricultural leading enterprises in Hebei Province,such as assets,scale and benefit,has developed rapidly under the condition of national policy guidance,but the development of soft power such as shaping corporate cultural values and spreading brand image is relatively slow,so enterprise soft power needs to be promoted urgently.Therefore,the main purpose of this paper is to study how to enhance the soft power of agricultural leading enterprises in Hebei Province.At the present stage,the research of agricultural leading enterprises in Hebei Province on the soft power of enterprises mainly focuses on how to strengthen or perfect a certain constituent element of soft power,mainly considering the promotion path of a certain element of soft power of enterprises,while the soft power is regarded as a part of the overall competitive power of enterprises,and the soft power of enterprises is considered as a whole.And comprehensive internal control of enterprises to enhance the soft power path and thinking of less research.Therefore,this paper tries to explore the role of internal control on the soft power of agricultural leading enterprises in Hebei Province by empirical analysis,so as to provide reference for the promotion path of enterprise soft power.This article mainly adopts the literature research method,the questionnaire investigation method,the empirical research method carries on a series of research.Firstly,the research background,research purpose and significance,domestic and foreign research status,technology road map and innovation points are introduced;secondly,the definition of the main research objects,namely internal control,agricultural leading enterprises and enterprise soft power,is defined,and the relevant theories,including stakeholder theory and psychological contract theory,are elaborated.Finally,through theoretical analysis,the research hypothesis is determined,and the relationship model between internal control and soft power of agricultural leading enterprises in Hebei Province is constructed by using validity and reliability analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.The main conclusion of model analysis is that effective internal control is helpful to enhance the soft power of agricultural leading enterprises in Hebei Province,so it is correct to consider the promotion path of enterprise soft power from the perspective of internal control.Finally,the author puts forward three ways to enhance the soft power of agricultural leading enterprises in Hebei Province from the perspective of internal control.The innovation of this paper mainly includes the following three aspects:first,the innovation of research perspective.It is found that the current research on enterprise soft power focuses on the construction of evaluation system,and mostly considers the promotion of a certain element of enterprise soft power according to the evaluation results,and how to integrate the overall situation of enterprises and consider the promotion of soft power from the overall level of enterprises still needs to be improved.Second,the innovation of research indicators.At present,there is no unified standard for the construction of the five elements of internal control and the index of enterprise soft power.On the basis of considering the characteristics of agricultural leading enterprises in Hebei Province,this paper compiles the measurement scale and empirically analyzes the relationship between internal control and enterprise soft power,combining with the previous research and design of investigation indicators.Third,the innovation of the promotion path.After empirical analysis of the relationship between internal control and soft power of agricultural leading enterprises in Hebei Province,this paper puts forward three ways to enhance the soft power of enterprises from the perspective of internal control,that is,institutional path,management path,humanistic path,which has certain innovation.
