Research On Technological Innovation Mode Of Agricultural Leading Enterprises In Hebei Province

The Central Document No.1 of 2018 proposed: “Accelerate the construction of a modern agricultural production system and management system,improve agricultural innovation,competitiveness,and total factor productivity.” Leading agricultural enterprises are the most powerful organizations in the new type of agricultural management,and their technological innovations.The improvement of capabilities is of great significance for the realization of the overall goals of industrial prosperity and rural rejuvenation.Hebei Province is a large agricultural province,and the leading agricultural enterprises have a leading role in the development of agricultural economy in Hebei Province.The leading agricultural enterprises choose the appropriate technology innovation model in combination with their actual situation,which will help the leading agricultural enterprises to rationally use resources and increase the overall value of the leading agricultural enterprises.The competitiveness will drive the sound development of Hebei's economy and realize the transformation of Hebei Province from a large agricultural province to a strong agricultural province.Based on the theory of technological innovation,this article establishes a research framework for technological innovation models by consulting the literature.Through on-the-spot investigations of agricultural leading enterprises in Hebei Province,we will understand the current status of technological innovation models for leading agricultural enterprises in Hebei Province and aim at technological innovation of leading agricultural enterprises in Hebei Province.The phased characteristics put forward the new ideas of the joint innovation model of the industrial chain,and established the selection model of the technological innovation model of the leading enterprises in Hebei Province using the Delphi method,the analytic hierarchy process and the TOPSIS method,and selected the technological innovation model suitable for the development of the agricultural leading enterprises in Hebei Province..The thesis is divided into five parts.The first part is the concept definition and theoretical basis of the introduction and the technical innovation of the leading agricultural enterprises.The second part analyzes the agricultural leading enterprises of Hebei Province from the aspects of enterprise scale,operating efficiency,brand building,leading role and development stage.The status quo of development,from the perspective of technological innovation resources and achievements,analyzes the status quo of technological innovation of agricultural leading enterprises in Hebei Province;the third part proposes an industrial chain based on a systematic analysis of three traditional technology innovation models of leading agricultural enterprises in Hebei Province.The new thinking of the joint innovation model;the fourth part is mainly to establish the model of selecting the technological innovation mode of the agricultural leading enterprises in Hebei Province,and select the technological innovation mode suitable for the development of the agricultural leading enterprises at the current stage;the fifth part selects the technological innovation mode of the leading agricultural enterprises in Hebei Province The main influencing factors are the
