With the rapid improvement of the level of industrialization and urbanization in China, problems such as the decrease of cultivated land area, the decrease of agricultural labor force, the destruction of ecological environment and the increasing difference of economic development level between urban and rural areas are more and more obvious. This requires the optimization of the functions of the rural system in China to meet the needs of the future economic development for the rural areas. To promote the formation of main functional areas is an important strategic measure proposed by the 17 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the11 th five year plan to implement the scientific concept of development, optimize the pattern of land development and promote regional coordinated development.Comrade As the strategic focus of China's economic development gradually inclines to the rural areas,China is now in the stage of economic development of urban belt and rural areas.Based on the new requirements for the development of rural areas in the new era,it is of great significance to evaluate the rural system functions of Ningbo, divide the advantageous functional areas and put forward optimization suggestions for each functional area.Based on the deep analysis of the functional mechanism of the rural system, considering the differences of different research areas, the comparability and quantification of the evaluation indexes and the universality of the evaluation index system, this paper summarizes the previous studies, and finally determines the evaluation of the four major functions, namely, the economic development function, the grain production function, the social security function and the ecotourism function The price system is studied universally.Firstly, each index data is standardized, then entropy weight method is used to determine the index weight, multi factor comprehensive evaluation method is used to comprehensively evaluate the functions of rural system, then standard deviation method is used to grade the functions of rural system, and finally, according to the results of the deviation between the four functional indexes and the average value of index data, the dominant functional areasof rural areas are determined Type.Based on the case study of Ningbo City, this paper uses Arc GIS software to draw the spatial pattern distribution map.The results show that: the overall function of rural economic development in Ningbo city presents the spatial distribution characteristics of "higher in the East and lower in the west";the grain production function is the opposite;the social security function presents the spatial distribution characteristics of "prominent in the north, higher in the north and lower in the South";the eco-tourism function presents The spatial distribution characteristics of "the south is prominent, the north is low".According to the difference between the four functional indexes and the average value of the index data, the types of the rural system dominant functional areas in Ningbo are determined. The results show that 10 research areas in Ningbo have one or more dominant functions, including: 1 social eco-tourism type(Haishu District),1 economic social type(Yinzhou District),2 food eco-tourism type(Yuyao City,Cixi City),and 2 economic dominant functions Type(Beilun District,Jiangbei District),1 social leading type(Ninghai County),3 strong comprehensive types(Zhenhai District,Fenghua City,Xiangshan County).According to the basic characteristics of rural system function in Ningbo City, the optimization ideas are indicated;according to the traditional rural functional areas, the optimization suggestions are put forward according to local conditions.
