Research On Countermeasures Of Poverty Alleviation And Development In Rural E-commerce In Hebei Province

Under the background of the implementation of the strategy of precision poverty alleviation and rural rejuvenation,by 2020,a well-off society will be fully established,and winning the fight against poverty will become a major issue that governments at all levels will strive to solve.In recent years,e-commerce that has grown up relying on Internet technology has developed rapidly,and rural e-commerce has also become a new poverty alleviation tool and method in the new era.In 2014,the National Office for Poverty Alleviation formally incorporated “Ecommerce for Poverty Alleviation” into the poverty alleviation policy system,and in 2015 it will be implemented as the “Top Ten Projects for Precision Poverty Alleviation”.Hebei Province has been at the forefront of the era in the implementation of rural e-commerce poverty alleviation.Through a systematic review of rural poverty alleviation in Hebei Province,it will provide a new and effective way for rural development in Hebei Province and promote poverty alleviation in rural areas.It will also provide guidance for other rural areas in providing e-commerce for poverty alleviation in rural areas and provide guidance for poverty alleviation and enrichment significance.Through on-the-spot investigation and access to a large number of literature data of this study,using literature analysis,normative analysis and case study method,such as poverty alleviation of the hebei province rural electricity suppliers,analyzing current situation of the development of study actual effect of the implementation of rural electricity poverty alleviation in hebei province.Hebei province in the implementation of rural electricity made great achievements in the process of poverty alleviation,but also faced with lack of infrastructure,lack of electrical business,poor body and electrical business alignment is not enough,electricity practical problems such as lack of sustainable ability for poverty alleviation.By selecting successful cases of rural e-commerce poverty alleviation in China and summarizing relevant experience,this paper provides a reference for hebei province to further implement rural e-commerce poverty alleviation.In view of the problems facing rural electricity poverty alleviation in hebei province,puts forward we should strengthen the government public finance support,to realize rural electricity and characteristic industry,the combination of innovation of rural electricity anti-poverty practice form,the establishment of rural electricity safeguard mechanism for poverty alleviation,establishing the system of electric business development countermeasures in five aspects,such as to solve the problems facing rural electricity poverty alleviation.The innovation of this research is to comprehensively review and summarize the e-commerce poverty alleviation in Hebei rural areas for the first time,and put forward practical countermeasures and suggestions for the difficulties and problems faced by e-commerce poverty alleviation in Hebei Province.Rural e-commerce poverty alleviation provides new ideas and directions.At the theoretical application level,the information asymmetry theory is systematically applied to rural e-commerce research on poverty alleviation,and provides theoretical guidance for rural e-commerce in the practical application process.
