Dairy products are indispensable and important consumer goods for urban and rural residents.However,China's dairy products consumption is heavily dependent on foreign countries,and domestic dairy products face high international competition pressure.Therefore,the development of China's dairy industry and dairy products market faces many challenges.Therefore,it is necessary by reasonable guide urban and rural residents dairy consumption behavior,optimize the consumption structure,promote the domestic dairy consumption growth,promoting industrial upgrading and competitiveness from the demand side caused,and scientific grasp the dairy consumption behavior and its influencing factors,to promote the domestic dairy consumption upgrade,improve the international competitiveness of domestic dairy products,and implement the revitalization of dairy industry,is of important theoretical and realistic significance.Based on this,this study went deep into 8 representative districts of Beijing to carry out micro field investigation,and a total of 418 valid questionnaires were obtained.On the basis of grasping the consumption structure and level of dairy products under different group characteristics of urban residents,as well as the consumption preference for consumption intention,brand,package and channel,the consumption behavior of low-temperature milk products,cheese and milk and fat products with competitive advantages is emphatically analyzed.Through the establishment of Logit model,the main factors that influence the dairy consumption behavior of urban residents are empirically analyzed to analyze the internal influence mechanism.Then it puts forward policy Suggestions to promote the upgrading of dairy consumption structure,the stable development of dairy industry and the enhancement of competitiveness.Finally,the future development trend of dairy consumption behavior of urban residents is studied and judged.The results showed that :(1)different groups of dairy products consumption differences,with a specific consumption tendency.The dairy products consumption of urban residents in Beijing is mainly liquid milk products,and the consumption of ultra-high temperature sterilized milk is dominant.Among yogurt products,urban residents are more inclined to low-temperature yogurt;The consumption demand of milk fat products and cheese is not as high as that of milk powder.The consumption of competitive advantage products is concentrated in people with high education and high income.(2)The dairy products consumption preferences of urban residents are diversified,and their quality and safety are recognized.Urban residents have diversified purchasing priorities for all kinds of dairy products,and more than half of urban residents approve of the current quality and safety of dairy products.(3)There are many driving factors for dairy consumption behavior,and personal and family characteristics have different degrees of influence.Individual and family characteristics,education level,income level,regional distribution,cognitive ability and price acceptance ability have different degrees of influence on the dairy consumption behavior of urban residents in Beijing.The quality factor has not passed the inspection of the consumption behavior of all kinds of dairy products,which shows that the quality and safety has not been one of the main factors affecting the consumption behavior of dairy products of urban residents in Beijing.Based on the above research conclusions,this study proposes the following Suggestions :(1)scientifically guide consumption behavior to improve the consumption of competitive products.Holding public information seminars in various situations;We will give full play to news media such as television,newspapers,magazines and online platforms,and strengthen publicity on dairy consumption.Actively cultivate young consumer groups,carry out public benefit classes or lectures to publicize dairy nutrition knowledge in the school;Multi-mode,multi-channel publicity,from the demand side to help the rapid development of China's dairy industry and the steady improvement of international competitiveness.(2)Promote business mode innovation to ensure the output of products with competitive advantages.Improve the dairy industry policy support system,increase policy support;Actively support the operation and development of chain convenience stores;We will strengthen the development of "Internet Plus" and ecommerce platforms.Improve the cold chain system,improve the level of preservation technology and logistics and transport capacity.Through the mutual cooperation between industries,on the basis of expanding the consumption channels of dairy products to develop new forms of business,to ensure the output of competitive products.(3)Strengthen the development foundation of the dairy industry and improve the supply of competitive products.To promote the institutionalization and legalization of the dairy industry policy support system,and to establish and improve the long-term and stable dairy industry development policy support system;We will guide financial and insurance institutions to actively explore ways such as credit guarantee and discount interest,and strengthen financial and insurance support for the development of the dairy industry.Actively support and encourage dairy brand creation;To promote dairy production in line with international standards,promote the revitalization of the dairy industry in an all-round way,and effectively enhance the supply and guarantee capacity of competitive products.
