Study On The Quality And Safety Management In The Supply Chain Of MY Company Dairy

With the increasing consumer demand of dairy products, China’s dairy industry developed rapidly. However, the problems of the safety and quality of dairy products became more and more prominent. Especially in recent years, serious public health event frequently happened, which has severe influence on the health of consumers and the dairy industry. This has aroused people’s attention. However, the core of this problem exists in the management of the dairy products supply chain. Therefore, only these problems found and analyzed can we put forth the measures and safeguards pertinently and solve the problems of the safety and quality of dairy products.This paper first introduces the aim and importance of the study and then summarizes and analyzes the research status at home and abroad. Then it gives the definition of the quality safety of dairy products and the dairy supply chain. the production of raw milk which is the basic process of the dairy-product supply chain is an important part of the quality safety management of the diary-product.The quality of raw material is crucial to that of diary-product. the processing of milk is also a significant part in quality management.Therefore, we should enhance our supervision on the diary enterprise, give frequent supervision and inspection on the low quality diary enterprises and increase punishment to these enterprises.In addition, we should also make the monitoring result open to the public. Such effort will help build a better reputation for the dairy enterprises and stimulate them to product better quality dairy..This paper targets on the quality and safety management in the supply chain of dairy products. With the MY company dairy as the object,the paper analyzes the development status with the support of a lot of previous study and studies the management the quality and safety management of MY dairy in the supply chain on the basis of supply chain quality management theory and corporate’s social responsibility theory and the theory of public crisis management and crisis warning. On analyzing the quality and safety status in terms of breeding,production, acquisition, processing and circulation, this paper points out the quality safety problems and the causes, put forward corresponding measures, and provides instructions and advices to the healthy development of MY company dairy.The problem of products quality and safety exists in all aspects of the supply chain. MY company should put forward corresponding countermeasures from breeding, acquisition, production, processing, circulation according to the existing problems in order to guarantee dairy products quality and standardize the management. MY company should implement large-scale scientific breeding to ensure the quality of milk; establish the risk warning system of production process; strength the management of quality and safety of the acquisition process,emphasize the supervision of quality and safety., improve the quality of staff. In addition,MY company should improve circulation management and strengthen enterprise technology innovation, implementing the brand strategy of enterprises.
