Research On The Business Model Innovation Of Internet Platform Enterprise Based On Value Network

The rapid development of the Internet industry provides room for growth and diversification of the new business model.The high degree of uncertainty in the business environment has prompted the Internet platform enterprises to seek a wide range of connections with customers and partners,and to establish good cooperative and trust relationships to form a value network with multi-subjectivity and functional redundancy.Through sharing resources and complementing advantages with each value node,the co-creation of value can be realized.The business model of Internet platform enterprise relying on the new technology group has attracted wide attention of the industry and academia.However,the current research on the business model of Internet platform enterprises fails to reveal its intrinsic value mechanism well,and fails to explain clearly the relationship between business model innovation and competitive advantage acquisition.Thus,the “black box” of platform business model operation under the background of network economy needs to be further explored.Therefore,from the perspective of value network,this paper discusses the operating mechanism,the innovative path and the dynamic evolution mechanism of the business model of Internet platform enterprise,in order to enrich and supplement the existing theoretical research of business model and its innovation,and to help Internet platform enterprises design business models and create new advantages.Firstly,based on reviewing the domestic and foreign research status and related theories,this paper analyzes the forming process of the enterprise value network on the Internet platform,and constructs the network structure model of the enterprise value on the Internet platform.This paper further clarifies the supporting principle of value network for the Internet platform enterprise business model design.Secondly,based on the logical analysis framework of the enterprise business model on the Internet platform,this paper puts forward the business model “3-4-9” composition system,from three dimensions of the value interface,the value unit and value elements,it reveals the operating mechanism of the business model of the Internet platform enterprise.This paper then puts forward the innovation model of the enterprise business model of the Internet platform,and discusses the evolution path of the business model of the Internet platform enterprise.Thirdly,based on the value network perspective,the short video industry is taken as the analysis object,and the exploratory case study of the business model of Internet platform enterprise is carried out.This paper analyzes value creation mechanism by using the business model “3-4-9” composition system,and discusses the innovation path of the short video platform business model.Finally,by using the method of system dynamics,the system simulation model of the business model of Internet platform enterprise based on value network is established.Through the structural analysis and the data set analysis,the key factors that influence the operation of business model have been found.Furthermore,the critical control points of the sustainable development of the business model of Internet platform enterprises have been obtained,which provides valuable reference for the strategic decision-making of Internet platform enterprises.
