Study On Logistics System Optimization Of Shijiazhuang Postal Express & Logistics

Currently,China Postal Express & Logistics,The largest domestic courier company occupies most of market share in the domestic express for virtue of its own brand and network advantage.But in recent years,with the rapid rise of domestic private courier and the influx of foreign multinational courier companies,the market share of China Postal Express & Logistics is decreasing continuously in the internal and external situation,and its problems are also constantly exposed in the rapid development environment.Shijiazhuang Postal Express & Logistics as a subsidiary of China Postal Express &Logistics has inherent advantages of it and many disadvantages at the same time.This paper takes logistics system of Shijiazhuang Postal Express & Logistics as the research object.Through reviewing on and analyzing the status of the enterprise logistics system,we discover a lot of drawbacks in the internal logistics system of enterprise,which makes enterprises have a higher tariff levels and a lower company's competitiveness compared to other private enterprises,and leads to enterprises' speed and service behind compared with foreign multinational courier companies.In view of the above problems,the paper uses the related optimization theory and optimization model to optimize optimization problems of logistics system to continuously strengthen the competitive advantage of enterprises.Firstly,through a large of relevant references and practice,we make analysis review about the purpose and significance of this research,the research status at home and abroad;secondly,the paper introduces the relevant theoretical basis and optimization methods to the following research;thirdly,the problems are found through analyzing the current situation of the logistics system;finally,aiming at the problems existing in the enterprise logistics system,the paper uses the 6S field management method and related saving algorithm,optimize of logistics system to reduce the cost and improve the competitiveness,at the same time some instructive suggestions are put forward for other subsidiaries.
