With industrial upgrading and the diversification of market demand,enterprises must constantly adjust to adapt to changes in order to survive and develop in the long run.Products and services must meet market demand and achieve competitive advantages in terms of delivery time,cost and manufacturing flexibility while ensuring quality.Intense competition makes manufacturing enterprises more and more pressure in terms of delivery time and price.Improving efficiency and reducing cost are the topics that manufacturing enterprises must study to get rid of the predicament.Production management is one of the core functions of manufacturing enterprises.Labor-hour management is an important method and means of production management,which can control the delivery date,control the cost and arrange the production plan more accurately.Labor hour quota,as a management method,makes the work performance index be quantified and the use of Labor hours be effectively controlled and supervised.In this thesis,study from manufacturing process of steel non-standard equipment of Company A,with the adjustment and improvement of the labor-hour management for the welding process as well as bottlenecks and key process as an example,to use the theory of operations management and related tools,combine with the method of citation index,process analysis,causal analysis and data analysis,to analyze and research for the labor-hour management in welding process.Based on above background,significance and research purpose,the thesis mainly discusses from five parts.The first part is the introduction,introduces the research background and significance of the research,including the research status,the research methods used in the thesis,and the structure of the thesis.The second part is the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of this thesis,related theories of operational management and tools used in the research;Related concept of labor-hour quota,method and applicability of setting the norm of labor_hour.The third part is the analysis of the problems.Introduction of the product;Enterprises were forced by external market status,to maximize production capacity when demand is concentrated.Starting from the manufacturing process,the welding process is key processes as well as bottlenecks are identified by the process analysis method,importance and influence for the manufacturing process;Combining with the method of expanding bottleneck capacity and increasing output in operation management theory,the direction of improving welding production capacity is obtained.Use causal analysis,5 why analysis to find the crux of the problem is the traditional way of labor-hour management,the necessity of improving labor-hour management is obtained.The fourth part is designing the countermeasures combined with theoretical research.The purpose,principles and objectives of the countermeasures design;To determine the idea of the countermeasures design combine with the theory,and generate the countermeasures with the method and step of the work design in the theory of operation management;The content of the countermeasures.The fifth part is the implementation strategy and effect evaluating,including the goal and work content of the strategy,the preparatory work,the guarantee and implementation strategy;data analysis of implementation effect.This thesis provides a useful reference for similar manufacturing enterprises which to improve productivity by means of carry out the management of labor-hour quota.On the one hand,it can improve productivity effectively,reduce waste and quantify performance,should carry out directly with tracking and improve;On the other hand,the improvement goals should be determined through in-depth analysis,subjective imagination should be abandoned,the setting of goals is also the key to success.
