In the context of rapid global economic development,the paper and paper products industry has developed rapidly in the past decade and has gradually become the core of the cultural industry.With the prosperous development of international trade,the market demand of paper and paper products is also increasing,and China has gradually evolved into a world trading power of paper and paper products.At present,Chinese paper products are mainly exported to the United States,Australia,Japan,Europe and other countries or regions.China has evolved into one of the world's important paper products export powers.However,the export potential of China's paper products has not yet fully played,the international market share still has a large room for improvement,the level of export trade can continue to grow.At the same time,China's paper products industry is still facing problems such as product,price and vicious competition in export,which have a negative impact on the survival and development of some enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to study how paper products enterprises develop their export business in the current economic environment.This paper studies and analyzes the paper products export business of A company,A private enterprise engaged in the design,production and sales of paper products,discusses the strategies suitable for the future export business development,promotes enterprise development,and provides reference for the export business development of enterprises in the same industry.This paper firstly introduces the theory of factor endowment,the theory of scale economy and the theory of competitive advantage in the theory of international trade development,and then analyzes the political,economic,social and technological environment that A company faces in the export business development through PEST analysis method.Five forces analysis model is used to analyze the competitive factors facing the export of paper products industry.IFE matrix evaluation model was used to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of company A in its internal environment,and it was found that company A could play its advantages and reduce the influence of disadvantages in the current environment.In addition,based on the current business situation and export situation of company A,this paper analyzes the current export product scale,structure and market distribution,conducts an in-depth study on the problems existing in company A's export business,such as single export market,lack of core competitiveness of products and backward marketing means,and explains the specific reasons for the problems.Finally,the paper gives corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions for the problems and challenges of company A's paper products export business.Suggest company A's management to strengthen its product positioning and beyond to the attention of the paper products export business also want to establish A reasonable organizational structure and business personnel training management system,and also should strengthen the brand construction of enterprise products and strengthen the core competitiveness of of their products,in order to promote company A forward and development of paper products export business.At the same time,it provides valuable reference for enterprises in the same industry in the future development of export business,and promotes the faster and better development of China's paper products industry.
