With the continuous evolution of economic globalization and financial liberalization,financial services provided by modern commercial Banks have penetrated into all aspects of social production and daily life of residents,and played a great role in promoting the development of the whole national economy and social progress.However,the development of modern commercial Banks is often accompanied by constant game and risk.In the process of economic restructuring,transformation and upgrading,the competition among commercial Banks has highlighted the importance of the efficiency and quality of financial services.Extensive operation,extensive management and competition mode of pooling deposit,pooling staff and pooling network have basically become the past.How to use limited resources,make rational use of information technology,improve service efficiency and effectively control operational risks has become the focus of commercial Banks.From the perspective of operational risk management practice,the operational risks of commercial Banks are widely distributed,involving many personnel,products and links,and are highly harmful.Jiangxi branch of China Construction bank,as a first-class branch set up by the head office of CCB in Jiangxi province,has 11 second-level branches under its jurisdiction,more than 500 branches,and more than 8,000 employees.The total deposit balance reaches 322.745 billion yuan,and the loan balance reaches 241.314 billion yuan.However,due to the complex influence of the management structure,the multi-level management mode increases the length of the operation chain,which leads to the uncertainty of the management subject,the excessively long management radius,the attenuation of management effectiveness,and the increase of the possibility and inducing factors of business operation risks.Business operation risk information cannot be timely and effectively transmitted;The handling of risk events cannot be implemented as soon as possible.The management responsibilities of different operational risks are respectively taken by each business department.There are problems such as overlapping functions,conflicting management objectives and disordered management process.At the 19 th national congress,the central economic work conference and the national financial work conference,the state leaders repeatedly stressed that financial security is an important part of national security.For good financial battle,Jiangxi branch of China Construction Bank must,from the perspective of the internal operation,rationalize the matching of power,responsibility and interestfrom the system,deepen the compliance culture construction,make full use of information sharing,big data,such as information technology,research and development of business,the new system to meet the rapid innovation of financial products,improving operation management ability and reduce the operation risk,finally realizes the operation management from the focus on business operations,risk control to the service and value creative fundamental changing.This paper first summarizes the research background and significance of operation risk management of Jiangxi branch of China Construction bank,explains the relevant concepts and theories of operation risk and operation risk management.Based on the theoretical foundation,the necessity of operation risk control under the background of financial industry reform is expounded from the analysis of operation risk status and reasons of Jiangxi branch of China Construction bank.On this basis,a series of constructive improvement measures are proposed for the main operational risk points and pain points of Jiangxi branch of China Construction bank in the traditional loan business,credit card business,inclusive finance business and counter operation business.The operation risk management of traditional loan business of Jiangxi branch of China Construction bank covers the whole process of marketing,approval and collection.The operation risk control of credit card business can rely on big data technology,dynamic monitoring technology and data assistance technology to upgrade the operating system,so as to reduce operational risks.The operation risk control of inclusive finance business needs to optimize credit rating,personnel quality management and strict control of follow-up operation.The counter operation business mainly starts from the counter verification control,counter post control and counter operation risk warning process.In this paper,through literature research,case analysis,investigation method and system analysis,the operation business risk management of China construction bank branch in Jiangxi province to conduct a comprehensive elaboration,summarizes the commercial bank to promote the guarantee of operational risk control measures and reform process should focus on the issues,put forward beneficial Suggestions for other commercial Banks.The optimization of personnel structure,the improvement of system construction and the strengthening of information technology are powerful guarantees for the management and control of operational risks of commercial Banks.In the face of risks that cannot be avoided in time in the operation of commercial Banks,commercial Banks at all levels should pay special attention to them.It is suggested to improve andstrengthen them from three aspects: optimizing the information transmission mechanism,enhancing information transparency and establishing and perfecting the examination and restraint mechanism.
