With the maturity of 5G system technology,it not only provides more opportunities for mobile equipment suppliers,but also opens a new round of development opportunity for telecom operators.5g is becoming a form of competition,not only among operators in a region,but also among telecom operators in various countries.The development of5 g not only brings about the innovation of artificial intelligence,but also promotes the further rapid growth of the Internet of things.In 2018,about 3.6 billion facilities were connected to the Internet in their daily work.In 2019,this connection is likely to trigger further overall growth with the development of 5G.How to follow the trend and seize the opportunity,the transformation of telecom operators is imperative.In the face of the fierce competition environment for survival inside and outside the enterprise,at present,the three domestic operators have gradually begun to transform digitally,but what is the result of the transformation? How do the multi-stakeholders judge the operating results How to make the next step of business decision-making,it is necessary to make judgments through the comprehensive and objective results of performance evaluation.However,it is often difficult for investors to obtain reliable and accurate performance evaluation results.In the enterprises of telecom-related industries,most investors often obtain the performance evaluation information of the enterprises through the annual financial statements and the financial indexes published in the related stock software.However,for the telecom industry,the industry characteristics determine that its input and output are capital and technology-intensive,so the method and index of performance evaluation based on these financial information are often lack of comprehensiveness.The actual performance of enterprises can not be objectively and accurately displayed,which is not conducive to investors and stakeholders to make correct business judgment and investment decisions.The reasonable and true evaluation of enterprise performance can not only judge the operating condition of the enterprise,but also transfer the objective entrusted by the investor to the enterprise operator,so as to control the operating direction and strategic objective of the enterprise.Therefore,it is very important and urgent to build a sound and reasonable system of industry performance evaluation system.In this environment,this paper selects the performance evaluation system of Jiangxi Telecom Company as the sample of case analysis,and according to the basic research thinking of discovering the problem ——--to analyze the problem--toimprove the problem ——--to use the method of induction and summary This paper discusses the present situation and problems of performance evaluation of Jiangxi Telecom Company in detail,analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward the next step to improve the measures according to each problem.First of all,this paper analyzes and expounds the concept,components,methods,functions and theoretical basis of enterprise performance evaluation from the theoretical point of view.Performance evaluation means that through the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation index system,through the establishment of performance evaluation index system,in accordance with certain evaluation methods and standards,through qualitative and quantitative analysis,by using the method of mathematical statistics and Operation Research,the comprehensive evaluation of every aspect of the enterprise’s operating condition is carried out.At present,the main methods of performance evaluation are the traditional performance evaluation method based on net profit,EVA value management system and BSC performance evaluation method.Secondly,this paper chooses the performance evaluation system of Jiangxi Telecom Company as the object of case study,introduces the background of Jiangxi Telecom Company and the use of evaluation results.Then,it explains the defects found in the performance evaluation system of Jiangxi Telecom Company at present from various angles and from various aspects.Through analyzing the performance evaluation system implemented by Jiangxi Telecom Company at present,it is found that the target is determined,the index is set up,and the index weight is determined There are still evaluation indexes and evaluation methods,increase the evaluation object and add the supplier evaluation,establish the quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods,and expand the performance evaluation subject to more social stakeholders.Finally,through case analysis,sum up the experience,for the same industry,the same type of enterprises to implement self-evaluation,management decision-making,Planning and Development to provide methodological guidance,index reference.After analyzing the case of performance evaluation system of Jiangxi Telecom,this paper puts forward corresponding improving measures according to its industry characteristics,which is helpful to set up the target of performance evaluation of Jiangxi Telecom and make the existing strategic targets of the enterprise correspond to each other Keeping Unity,improving the management level of Jiangxi Telecom’s performance evaluation,realizing the company’s strategic goal,helping to improve staff’s satisfaction,promoting the joint profit of enterprise and staff,and promoting Jiangxi Telecom to form a more reasonable evaluation and incentive mechanism;Help to promote the company to improve its competitive strength,encourage the company to develop steadily and healthily.
