With the rapid development of China's economy and the gradual enrichment of investment methods,the investment and financing of the real estate industry has received more and more attention.Since the end of last century,the real estate economy has played an important role in China's economic development.Housing enterprises play an important role in the continuous development of China's economy.However,the inherent characteristics of the real estate industry make the enterprise's own funds insufficient to meet the financing needs of enterprises.At the same time,the domestic financial system is not perfect,the development of financial market is not yet mature,the relevant policies of real estate need to be adjusted,and the housing enterprises also lack professional personnel in financing,which leads to the narrow financing channels of enterprises.Therefore,the healthy development of China's real estate market is closely related to the real estate financial industry.The development of China's real estate financial industry has brought new financing opportunities to the real estate industry.The real estate industry needs a large scale of capital in the production cycle,and needs intensive capital investment,so financing is the primary consideration of the real estate industry.Strengthen efforts to promote the diversification of the real estate financial market,devote to the development of the securities circulation market,enterprises according to their own situation to adopt appropriate financing methods,which are helpful to improve the management of Housing enterprises financing difficulties.This paper mainly consists of four parts.The first part of the article first elaborates the background,significance and purpose of the study,introduces the typicality and representativeness of Evergrande A project,that is,why the project is chosen as the research object,and then points out the main research contents and conclusions of the article.The second part firstly introduces the basic situation of Evergrande Real Estate Group,and then gives a comprehensive introduction of Evergrande A project,including the background,construction scale and project progress of A project,analyses the financing pressure faced before the start of A project,and finally describes the financing situation of Evergrande A project.In the third part,firstly,the author analyzed and summarized the experience of financing mode of Evergrande A project.SWOT analysis method is adopted to analyze the financing of Evergrande A project.Through the analysis of advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats,the lessons of Evergrande A project financing are obtained,and the enlightenment is given according to the actual situation of China's real estate industry.The fourth part is the conclusion and suggestion.In view of the problem of project financing mode of real estate enterprises in China,the author puts forward relevant policy suggestions from macro and micro aspects respectively.
