The theory of corporate social responsibility began in the United States in the early 20th century.It has been booming for more than 100 years.At present,professional scholars and the general public have basically reached a consensus that enterprises must fully perform the social responsibilities.There are two levels of corporate social responsibility:one is the responsibility that the enterprise must accept when it accepts the mandatory requirement,and the other is the responsibility that is not mandatory by the enterprise.On the first level,companies of different natures should be treated equally.However,on the second level,it is not necessarily appropriate to apply the same standards to companies of different natures.Prison companies are different from other companies.Its main goal is to transform and correct criminals through labor.The original intention of the prison enterprise to settle down and the reasons for existence in society.The special attributes of prison enterprises determine their special social responsibilities,which are mainly reflected in the transformation of prisoners by assisting prisons through the creation of labor platforms.According to the stakeholder theory,there are many aspects of the stakeholders in the prison enterprise,but the most important and most concerned is the employees of the enterprise,that is,the prisoners.Based on this,the article starts from the relevant background and concept,from the general situation of prison enterprises in China,discusses the difference between the prison enterprises in the process of business management and the general enterprise,and the particularity of the nature,which leads to the importance of employee social responsibility to prison enterprises..Shandong Qilu Motor Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.,as a prison enterprise in Shandong Province,has an important position in the province and even in the domestic market.Its experience and lessons are an invaluable asset for the prison enterprises in the province.This paper intends to take Shandong Qilu Motor Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.as the research object,analyze the status quo of the employees'social responsibility,the problems and dilemmas faced by the prison enterprises,and the enlightenment brought about by them,from the actual situation,gradually analyze the performance of the prison enterprises.The importance and necessity of employee social responsibility and the strategies that need to be taken.It is hoped that through the research in this paper,prison enterprises can be promoted to better fulfill their employees' social responsibilities,which is conducive to the healthy development of enterprises.
