China’s Private Enterprises To Cultivate Awareness Of Social Responsibility Research

With over 30 years of reform and opening up, private enterprises made a great contribution for the lasting, stable and sound development of the social economy of China, playing the major role in stimulating the market’s vitality and promoting economy development. However, because of the complicated history and reality, lack of social responsibility has become a serious fact for only pursuing the profit maximization in the course of development of private enterprises. Under the new social economy situation, it not only has restricted the substantial development of the private enterprises, but also brought the negative influence to society. A voice can be heard that the private enterprises should take the social responsibility and it is imperative to cultivate them with a sense of social responsibility.The study of enterprise social responsibility of overseas moved from theory to practice. But in China, it is a new field of studying and cultivating the social responsibility of private enterprises, a main component of national economy and it is significant.Firstly, this thesis introduced the background and significance of the cultivation of social responsibility of private enterprises of China and the present studies of social responsibility of home and abroad, followed by researching contents and ways. Secondly, this thesis analyzed the cause of social responsibility missing from intrinsic and extrinsic factors of private enterprises by analysis the current situation of social responsibility missing of private enterprises based on its phenomenon. Finally, the thesis came up with the approaches to cultivation of social responsibility of private enterprises from three aspects for the problem of social responsibility missing of private enterprises of China.
