Research On The Influencing Factors And The Government Support Strategies Of The Informatization Level Of Manufacturing Industry In Shanxi

With the development of Internet information technology,manufacturing informatization construction is the only way for manufacturing industry to improve market competitiveness and realize the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.However,at present,the development mode of Shanxi manufacturing industry is still dominated by the traditional mode of production.The development of informatization of Shanxi manufacturing industry presents a series of problems,such as imperfect Internet infrastructure,imperfect technical service system and lack of professionals,which seriously affect the sustainable development of Shanxi economy.Compared with the central provinces,the development is unbalanced and the gap is large.Therefore,in order to improve the informatization development level of Shanxi manufacturing industry,reduce production costs and resource consumption,and speed up the informatization construction of Shanxi regional economy,the Shanxi provincial government in 2016,based on "Made in China 2025",put forward the development policy of "Made in China 2025 Shanxi Platform for Action" and clearly indicated that the new mode of manufacturing informatization construction is realized.In view of this,this paper takes the informatization of Shanxi manufacturing industry as the research object,based on the macro-data of statistical yearbook,Through the research on the informatization of the manufacturing industry in Shanxi Province and its influencing factors,this paper makes the empirical analysis of the informatization of manufacturing industry in Shanxi province,explores the strength and direction of the influence of different factors of manufacturing industry of Shanxiprovince informatization,and further proposes to support strategy to enhance the informatization level of the manufacturing industry in Shanxi province.In this paper,with the help of SPSS21.0 statistical software and EXCEL statistical software,through consulting and combing the relevant theory of manufacturing industry informatization,the evaluation index of manufacturing informatization in Shanxi Province is analyzed,and the manufacturing in Shanxi Province made by correlation test,KMO and Bartlett spherical test,principal component analysis and regression analysis.Empirical research is conducted on the related factors of informatization.The empirical results show that: the number of patent applications,the total number of Internet users,the number of R&D active enterprises and the total wages have a positive impact on the development of manufacturing informatization in Shanxi Province.The impact intensity coefficients are 0.34017,0.33442,0.03520 and 0.35202,respectively.The financial expenditure on science and technology and finance at the government level.Government and education expenditure,business services investment,per capita disposable income of urban residents and net income of rural households also have a positive impact on their development.The impact intensity coefficients are 0.31215,0.35238,0.33622,0.35562 and 0.35095,respectively.Then,the paper puts forward that the government should promote the application of Internet information technology by strengthening the input of information infrastructure,strengthening education and training,shaping professional compound talents,improving relevant legal systems,strengthening the awareness of information technology,paying attention to government macro-control,encouraging orderly competition,increasing investment in business services,and promoting the integration of the two.Cooperative development;strengthening financing channels and establishing professional service platform;increasing scientific research and development investment to give full play to the linkage effect of industry,University and research;giving play to the initiative role of innovation to achieve coordinated development of various departments;understanding the shortcomings of manufacturing development and establishing informatization management center;transforming traditional industries and promoting informatizationintegration capabilities to enhance.The informatization level of manufacturing industry in Shanxi province.
