Research On The Influencing Factors And Promotion Strategies Of The Technology Innovation Capability Of Manufacturing Industry In Shanxi

As the economic lifeline of China,the manufacturing industry is the leading force that promotes the significant enhancement of China's overall national strength.An important way for the development of manufacturing industry is to enhance technological innovation,which is the core of modern manufacturing development and the backbone of the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing.However,at this stage,Shanxi's manufacturing industry is relatively backward in science and technology and innovation,and its independent innovation capability is weak,which makes the manufacturing innovation capability of Shanxi Province have a large gap compared with other provinces in China.Therefore,in order to improve the technological innovation capability of the manufacturing industry and promote the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,Shanxi Province successively introduced the “Three-Year Plan for Emerging Manufacturing in Shanxi Province” and the“2015 Action Plan for Emerging Manufacturing in Shanxi Province”,emphasizing innovation.The core position of manufacturing development,and constantly promote the development of key technologies and major projects.Based on this,this paper uses data from statistical yearbook,with the "Shanxi Province manufacturing technology innovation ability effect factors and promotion strategy research" as the subject,analyzes the comprehensive level of manufacturing technology innovation ability of Shanxi Province,studies the influencing intensity and direction of each factor of technological innovation ability of Shanxi manufacturing industry,and further puts forward the concrete strategy of manufacturing technology innovation ability of Shanxi Province.This paper mainly uses SPSS22.0 statistical software to make a comprehensiveevaluation of Shanxi's manufacturing technological innovation ability through factor analysis,cluster analysis and entropy method,and to analyze the manufacturing technology of Shanxi Province through principal component regression analysis method.An empirical study was conducted on the factors influencing the ability of innovation.The research results show that the internal influencing factors of measuring scientific and technological resources include the proportion of R&D expenditure,the introduction of technology funds,personnel engaged in scientific and technological activities,high-quality personnel and scientific research and development institutions,which have a positive influence on the technological innovation ability of manufacturing industry in Shanxi Province.The impact factors are 0.270,0.183,0.302,0.328,and 0.343 respectively.The external factors affecting the policy environment include the proportion of local fiscal and technological expenditures,the proportion of local fiscal education expenditures,and the proportion of fixed assets of the whole society.The capacity has a positive impact,and the intensity factors of each indicator are 0.337,0.349,and0.312 respectively.The external factors that measure the financing environment have a negative impact on the technological innovation capability of the manufacturing industry in Shanxi Province,and the impact intensity coefficient is 0.378.It is further proposed that the government should promote the manufacturing of Shanxi Province by strengthening the support for technological innovation in Shanxi Province,establishing a sound policy environment for manufacturing technological innovation in Shanxi Province,and improving the financing environment and market environment for manufacturing technological innovation in Shanxi Province.The improvement of technological innovation capability of the industry.Specifically,the government should promote the cultivation of innovative talents;increase investment in innovation funds;improve research and development capabilities and technology;increase government financial and scientific investment;strengthen government financial education investment;enhance manufacturing fixed asset investment;Intellectual property protection system;broaden financing channels,improve financing environment;deepen cooperation mechanism of production,education and research,optimize the environment;improve market mechanism and maintain market environment.
