Research On The Influencing Factors Of The Linkage Development Of Manufacturing And Logistics Industry And Promotion In Shanxi

Manufacturing industry is a strategic industry of the national economy,which can provide technical and equipment support for industrial upgrading and transformation.The logistics industry is the main artery of national economic development,which is an important indicator of a province's modernization and economic strength.However,the manufacturing enterprises in Shanxi Province have different scales,the development of logistics level is not balanced,and the concept of logistics technology and management lags behind.? The Medium and Long-Term Plan for the Development of Logistics Industry(2014-2020)?promulgated in 2014 explicitly proposed to speed up the development of the logistics for manufacturing and the supply chain management projects."Made in China 2025" also pointed out that to speed up the coordinated development of manufacturing and services,?long-term development of logistics industry in Shanxi Province(2015-2020)? also proposed to promote manufacturing and logistics Joint development,accelerate the development of logistics for manufacturing engineering.Based on this,this paper takes Shanxi's manufacturing and logistics industry as the research object.Based on the macro-data of the Statistical Yearbook,through the empirical research on the linkage development of manufacturing and logistics industry in Shanxi Province and its influencing factors.this paper explores the manufacturing and logistics in Shanxi Province Industry linkage development of the impact of the various factors of strength and direction,and further proposed to promote the linkage development of manufacturing and logistics industry in Shanxi Province strategy.In this paper,based on the theory of synergetics,we used SPSS 22.0 statistical software to evaluate the linkage between manufacturing industry and logistics industry in Shanxiprovince.By means of correlation test,KMO and Bartlett's spherical test,principal component analysis and regression analysis,Provincial manufacturing and logistics industry linkage development factors were tested.The results show that the factors influencing the market level have a positive impact on the joint development of manufacturing industry and logistics industry in Shanxi Province,with the impact strength factors being 0.341,0.344 and0.346.diture on new product development,Internet penetration rate and average wage are positive.Foreign direct investment has a negative impact on the linkage of the two industries with an impact strength of 0.208.The government expenditure on science and technology,finance and transportation has a positive impact on the linkage between the two industries,with an impact strength coefficient of 0.266 and 0.323 respectively Tax,business tax and corporate income tax have a negative impact on the linkage development of the two industries,with an impact strength coefficient of 0.208,0.315,0.355 and 0.338 respectively.Then we proposed 4 linkage development models: "Double-created" linkage development mode?talents "Double-protection" linkage development mode ? the "double-strengthening" of internet linkage development model and "Dual Zone" construction linkage development model.Also,the government should take to increase spending,reduce taxes,and reduce the burden on enterprises effectively;increase the number of scientific research into the number of theoretical research into practice;establish and improve the talent mechanism;the Internet technology used in manufacturing and logistics Linkage development;the establishment of specialized manufacturing and logistics industry linkage development of the management agencies;continue to stimulate the manufacturing and logistics industry development of the market endogenous role and other measures to promote the joint development of manufacturing and logistics industry.
