Research On The Strategic Development Of Kang Le Pension Service Company

Jilin Province has quickly entered an aging society in 2003.Nowadays,the situation of the outflow of labor in the Northeast is more severe,the increasing number of "four-two-one" structural families and the limited energy of people bring great problems to the traditional way of family pension.As one of the important ways to meet the needs of the elderly,institutional pensions have ushered in an important period of development opportunities.This article takes KangLe pension service company as an example.Through the comprehensive understanding of its operation management and the social welfare privatization as the theoretical basis,the research on the development status,problems and causes of the elderly apartment in Kangle,the internal and external business environment A detailed study was carried out,and through the SWOT strategic analysis,the future development plan and the most favorable strategic goals were formulated,and relevant safeguard measures were proposed.The study found that KangLe is taking the development route of the middle and high-end old-age care institutions,with stable operation,scientific management,professional maintenance services,stable staff structure,higher than the market average in terms of service charges and staff salaries.Established rules and regulations for service standards,food hygiene,safety management,and financial management to provide a good living and nursing environment for the elderly.However,with the passage of business time,the recreational care service company has many problems such as difficulty in recruiting caregivers,insufficient development space,lack of policy support,and lack of development strategy planning.The reason is the lack of adequate social support and pension industry.Extensive development,lack of clear positioning,and single development goals of the company.Based on the in-depth study of the internal and external development environment of the recreational care service company,it was found through PEST,Porter Competitve Strategy and SWOT model analysis.The internal advantages of recreational care apartments are mature management experience and nursing models,excellent management team,professional nursing services,and stability staff structure.External opportunities are favorable policies,people’s concept changes,and material conditions have been greatly improved.The development of pension institutions in Jilin Province will enter the fast lane,which will bring better development opportunities for KangLe.The internal disadvantage is that the business burden is heavier,affecting profitability,and there is not enough space for diversified development in the future.The external threat is the rapid development of the Civilian pension institutions in the market,and the emergence of homogenization will reduce the existing market share and further reduce operating income.This paper uses SWOT model analysis theory to propose four development strategies for Kangle.Based on its own strength and current business environment,this paper chooses SO development strategy that uses internal advantages and external opportunities to continue to expand operations and step to implement development strategy.It is to integrate resources,expand operations,and finally build Kangle into a large-scale pension service.The planning objectives,the choice of strategy and the implementation of the planning objectives are discussed in detail,and safeguard measures are proposed for the implementation of the strategy from the aspects of developing internal core competitiveness and seeking external.
