| The history and culture of Chinese martial arts is long and long.After generations of reforms and innovations,the current martial arts integrates self-defense,fitness,and culture,making it easier for people to accept and learn.Because the particularity of martial arts is the best period to cultivate from childhood,so children’s martial arts training institutions are of great significance in the martial arts industry.This article takes Jilin and Baicheng as examples.Through the comparison of the operation status of children’s martial arts training institutions in the two cities,it compares the differences between the children’s martial arts training institutions in the two cities,and then allows the children’s martial arts training institutions in the two cities to learn from each other.Excellence is used to perfect itself.It is hoped that it will be helpful to the operation and development of children’s martial arts training institutions in the two cities,and provide new ideas for promoting the development of martial arts and the cultivation of traditional national sports.This paper mainly adopts the following research methods: literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,field investigation method,comparative analysis method and other research methods.The operators,coaches and parents of the students conducted investigations and comparisons,and put forward corresponding suggestions on the differences and shortcomings of the children’s martial arts training institutions in the two cities.The research results show that: 1.Baicheng children’s martial arts training institutions are not perfect in terms of management experience and rules and regulations.In terms of publicity and promotion,Baicheng children’s martial arts training institutions lack novel publicity methods.2.In terms of venue facilities and equipment,Baicheng Children’s Wushu Training Institute needs to strengthen the protection of students’ safety.3.From the basic situation of coaches,most of the martial arts training institutions in the two cities are part-time coaches.Baicheng children’s martial arts training institutions need to introduce high-level coaches.4.In terms of teaching mode,Baicheng Children’s Wushu Training Institute needs to improve in the compilation of teaching syllabus and the development of novel teaching methods.5.Students in the two cities need to strengthen their awareness of self-practice after class,and their parents do not know enough about martial arts.6.Baicheng Wushu training institutions lack communication and cooperation with the local government,and there are few Wushu competitions held locally.According to the existing problems,the following suggestions are put forward: 1.The operators of Baicheng children’s martial arts training institutions should learn more about the knowledge of management and standardize the rules and regulations.In terms of the form of re-publicity,Baicheng Children’s Wushu training institutions should increase various publicity methods to promote themselves.2.In terms of the protection of the venue facilities,a safe area and cushions are designed,and exclusive equipment access points are placed.3.The two cities should improve the training standards when recruiting part-time coaches to ensure the quality of trainees’ education.Baicheng children’s martial arts training institutions should strengthen the recruitment of high-level coaches.4.Baicheng children’s martial arts training institutions need to plan a perfect teaching syllabus,and the coaches themselves need to improve their professional theoretical knowledge.5.The coaches of Baicheng Children’s Wushu Training Institute should strengthen communication with parents,and carry out more projects similar to parent-child activities,so that parents can have a better understanding of Wushu sports.6.Children’s Wushu training institutions in Baicheng should reach close cooperation with the local government,and demonstrate the professionalism of Wushu training institutions through the credibility of the government.Actively carry out martial arts events,so that more people can learn about the charm of martial arts through events. |
