Along with the rapid development of economic globalization,the enterprise through merger and acquisition to achieve rapid expansion has been more and more common.However,the actual success rate of M&A is very low.Investigate its reason,many enterprises in the process of mergers and acquisitions more focus on enterprise operating performance and business opportunities and profits after the merger,and ignore the human resources integration in one of the important role.In this paper,for example,after the Company C purchasing Company T,the human resource integration after enterprise M&A strategy carries on the discussion and research.The research on mergers and acquisitions and the relationship between the human resource integration and characteristics,company culture and management team's impact as the foundation,through data analysis and the method of literature,summarized the problems of enterprise human resources integration after merger and acquisition and analysis,concluded four sorts of main problems:the integration of the fusion of enterprise culture,salary welfare,the unity of the rules and regulations,and retention and motivation.After analyzing reasons,put forward the human resource integration scheme,in the hope of C,T Company's mergers and acquisitions.Through research analysis,this paper summarizes the four aspects of problems for the merger of enterprises human resource problem,though with a C,T Company as an example,the reference is available for all industries and enterprises.From the point of basic solution for enterprise mergers and acquisitions and the principal contradiction of the human resource integration.To solve the four sorts of contradiction,the human resources integration can be begun to take effect.This article expectations for the future enterprise merger and acquisition of human resources integration provides reference value.
