Research On Management's Method For Reverse Logistics Based On Green Supply Chain

With the rapid developments of society and economy,the human obtain abundant substance wealth.At the same time,it brings out some negative results such as resource decreased gradually and environment pollution.From 20c 90s,the world has sprung a "Green tide",which refers to green material,green product,green marketing and so on.But industry green is a problem that can't be resolved by some manufacturer or some working procedure,it relates to all sorts of activity on the whole supply chain.So how to embed green conception into traditional supply chain management,to set up green supply chain which has higher resource utilizing rate,become an urgent problem that challenge the enterprises nowadays.The study of green supply chain has extensive contents,of which reverse logistics is just an important part.Whether the reverse logistics can be supervised effectively or not relates to the enterprises' sustainable development ability and international competition ability,so much as circular economy development of the whole nation.At present,although the study of the reverse logistics based on green supply chain gains some pieces of fruits overseas,it hasn't formed a systemic theory system.Moreover,the fruits can't be exerted in China whose market hasn't been mature,because they are advanced based on Hesperian mature market economy system.Interiorly,the study is in the preliminary phase which involves the concept of reverse logistics,its application instance abroad,economy significance and so on,other that detailed operation and management means.Aiming at the deficiencies herein before,through the means of normative and demonstrative analysis,this dissertation carries through the studies as below:First,it sums up all study fruits about green supply chain and reverse logistics at home and abroad;Second,it detailed analyses the contents of green supply chain,the classification and characteristics of reverse logistics and the meaning of practicing it;At last,it brings reasonable suggests that exercise reverse logistics in China from two facets of macroscopic and microscopic.
