Research On The Development Of Basic Old-Age Insurance Forurban And Rural Residents In Taishan District Of Taian City

With the rapid development of China's economy and society,the phenomenon of population aging is becoming more and more serious,which has caused a series of social problems.Among them,the issue of pension has become a hot issue of widespread concern in all sectors of society.Continuous development and improvement of social pension insurance and acceleration of the construction of social security system are one of the most important means to solve the current pension problem.As an important part of China's social security system,basic old-age insurance for urban and rural residents plays a vital role in solving the problem of old-age support.The establishment of basic old-age insurance for urban and rural residents broke the dual structure of public services for the first time,enabling urban and rural residents to enjoy equalized social old-age services for the first time in a real sense,further narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas,reflecting social equity,thus winning the unanimous recognition of the majority of urban and rural residents.Especially in recent years,with the continuous development and improvement of basic old-age insurance for urban and rural residents,the pension problem of the majority of urban and rural residents in China has gradually been alleviated and improved.However,with the continuous implementation of the system,many new problems arise,which hinders the current social security work.Therefore,it is necessary to study the development of the basic old-age insurance for urban and rural residents.Taking taishan district of Taian City as the research object,according to the social justice theory and maslow's hierarchy of needs theory as the foundation,the integrated use of literature research,individual interviews,experiential summary method and other research methods,and combining the relevant experts and scholars at home and abroad research achievements,to study and analyze the development and of the basic old-age insurance system for urban and rural residents in taishan district,find the problems existing in the system implementation process,and analyze the reasons of the problem,finally put forward the feasible opinion suggestion.Through the research,it is found that there are six main problems: most residents do not understand the policy deeply and concretely;most residents generally choose a lower payment level;the current level of pension security is low;there are abnormal pension payments and it is difficult to recover;the merging of new and old rural insurance and retirement progress is slow;the work force of grass-roots social security agencies is insufficient.Through in-depth analysis of these problems,we can get the following reasons: the government propaganda is not in place;the traditional ideas of individuals are deeply rooted;the level of local economic development is low;the strength of information sharing between departments is not enough;the key work promotion is based on the idea of dragging;the grass-roots awareness of the importance of social security is not enough.In view of these problems,it is proposed to enrich the forms and contents of publicity and promote the policy to be deeply rooted in the people's mind;strengthen guidance and change residents' traditional ideas;actively develop local economy and mobilize the main role of all parties;strengthen department connection and promote information sharing;speed up the formation of tripartite joint forces and promote key work in an orderly manner;raise the importance of social security work and so on.
