In the rural areas of China,the problem of the aging of the population is becoming more and more serious,which is related to the harmonious development and stability of the society,which has aroused the great importance of the state.Solving the problem of farmers' pension can effectively promote social equity,and the urban and rural residents'pension insurance system implemented in China's current national conditions effectively guarantees the problem of farmers' pension.This project is closely concerned with the whole society.How to find out the problems and solve the existing problems in the process of the system implementation and how to carry out the problem High implementation effect and satisfaction require us to do some related investigation.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the satisfaction of farmers participating in endowment insurance for urban and rural residents.The basic old-age insurance of urban and rural residents has been running for 4 years,but the implementation situation in different regions shows great differences,because our country is vast,the local ethnic culture is different,the way of life is different from the idea,and the speed of economic development is different at the same time.The research object of this article is the rural residents in Wangcheng District of Changsha.Wangcheng district is the jurisdiction of Changsha city of Hunan province.It is located in the northeast of Hunan and the lower reaches of the lower reaches of Xiangjiang.It is the locomotive of the economic development of the Hexi River in Changsha.The study of farmers in this area has special significance and representativeness to enrich the feedback contents in the implementation process.This article mainly studies and discusses from the following four aspects:First of all,through a large number of reading and Research on urban and rural basic old-age insurance related issues of domestic and foreign books,papers,based on this basis on the basis of classification,so that the research background,the significance of the research,and the use of public product theory,customer satisfaction theory,welfare economics theory to analyze.Secondly,it analyzes the status of pension insurance in the rural areas of Wangcheng District of Changsha,including the basic situation of Wangcheng District in Changsha and the income of urban and rural residents,the introduction of the development course of the rural pension insurance in Wangcheng,and the status of the endowment insurance of urban and rural residents in Wangcheng district.Thirdly,through the method of questionnaire survey,we can find out the basic information of the residents' gender,age,income and consumption through empirical analysis,and understand the satisfaction of the rural residents from five aspects:policy design,publicity,policy content,policy implementation and service level.The satisfaction index calculation formula calculates the satisfaction degree of farmers'participation in insurance,and analyzes the results of satisfaction index calculation and factors affecting satisfaction.Finally,combined with the conclusions from the questionnaire survey and individual interview,and the experience and Enlightenment of the construction of rural social endowment insurance system at home and abroad,we put forward to strengthen the publicity and guidance,enhance the image of the government,strengthen the system construction,improve the income of the pension,improve the farmers' self quality and improve the internal satisfaction.The satisfaction of the people's participation in insurance really causes farmers to have a good old-age dependency.
