As the backbone of the bank,the middle-level manager of the bank is not the same as the senior managers of the bank and the grass-roots employees in terms of salary incentive requirements.In addition,the middle-level managers of all ages also have differences in the content and requirements of salary incentives.Facing the status quo of the middle-level manager's salary incentives,this paper analyzes the motivation theory and the relevant theories of middle managers and analyzes the previous research literatures,based on the current middle-level manager incentive plan of rural commercial banks in AH province.A comprehensive analysis of the status quo reveals that there are a series of problems.After using the literature induction method to sort out the theoretical basis of the research,the author applies the theoretical research method and the field investigation analysis method to the application status of the middle-level manager incentive program of rural commercial banks in AH province.The investigation and analysis were carried out,and then the design of the middle-level manager incentive scheme of the rural commercial bank of AH was taken as the research object.The two-factor theory of Herzberg and Maslow's"level of need theory" were taken as the theoretical guidance.Analyze and define the factors affecting the effectiveness of the middle-level managers' incentive schemes in the rural commercial banks of AH,and propose an optimization plan to improve the effectiveness of the incentives for the middle-level managers of rural commercial banks in AH,and encourage them to be the middle managers of rural commercial banks in AH.The operation of the programme provides feasibility Meeting.From a theoretical perspective,the research results of this topic can enrich the research theory of "middle-level manager incentives" of rural commercial banks.From a practical perspective,the research results stabilize the middle-level manager team of rural commercial banks in AH province and enhance their enthusiasm for work.In order to improve the bank's performance,it has practical guiding significance.
