| In recent years,in the fierce market environment,innovation ability plays a decisive role in the survival and development of enterprises.If enterprises want to be invincible in this competitive jungle,they must constantly innovate and measure organizational innovation.One of the key indicators is the ability of employees to innovate and innovate.Nowadays,with the new generation of employees constantly joining the enterprise to become the new market subject,the innovative behavior of employees is the focus of the leaders,and at the same time,which kind of leadership can effectively stimulate the innovative behavior of employees becomes a theory that needs to be enriched and solved.And practical issues.The main research objects of this study are concentrated in enterprises in Hebei Province,Liaoning Province,Beijing and other regions.Using questionnaires to collect data,277 valid questionnaires were collected,and the humble leadership with innovative self-efficacy as an intermediary was explored.The impact on employee innovation behavior.After comparing the previous literature conclusions and the results of the questionnaire to verify the reliability and validity of each variable,and the data collected from the questionnaire for the relevant analysis and regression analysis,come to conclusion:(1)the humble leader and three of them Dimensions and employee innovation behavior and their two dimensions are both significantly positive.(2)Humble leadership and its three dimensions and innovative self-efficacy are both significantly positive.(3)Innovative self-efficacy has a significant positive impact on employee innovation behavior and its two dimensions.(4)Innovative self-efficacy is only the influence of some intermediary humble leaders on employee innovation behavior.The conclusion of this study is that the humble leader can better improve the employee’s innovative self-efficacy and promote the employee’s innovative behavior,and enhance the innovation performance by enhancing the self-confidence of employee innovation and the desire to enhance employees’ needs.Provide theoretical and practical significance for business managers. |
