With the rapid development of the national economy,the wood processing industry has also been sustained and rapid development.At present,the wood processing industry has three main characteristics:the number of enterprises is large,the number of leading enterprises is small,and the homogeneity of products is serious;the wood processing enterprises are changing from rough processing to deep processing,and the competitiveness of high value-added products is higher;the wood processing enterprises may encounter challenges of resources and environment.Generally speaking,the market competition of wood processing industry will be more intense in the future.Processing enterprises need to enhance their competitiveness in order to survive in the market.Practice has proved that today's competition among enterprises is to a large extent a strategic competition.Enterprises with competitive strategies suitable for their own development have a great role in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises in the market,and even related to the survival of enterprises.H Company is the leading enterprise in Shandong Province,and also the economic pillar of Cao County in Shandong Province.However,after rapid development,H company is at a stagnant stage of development and cannot further develop.This study will help H company fully understand the internal and external environment,make use of external opportunities and their own advantages and resources,avoid external threats and their own weaknesses,and formulate a scientific competitive strategy.For H company,the bottleneck brought by rapid development is representative in the same industry.The research on H company's competitive strategy can not only provide useful suggestions for the improvement of H company's core competitiveness,but also provide ideas for the further development of wood processing enterprises,which has important practical significance.Based on the theory of competitive strategic management,using PEST model,five-force analysis model,SWOT model and other strategic analysis tools,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of H company's internal and external environment,and determines H company's enterprise.Strategic SO growth strategy,in order to realize the company's growth strategy,through analysis,it is determined that H company's competitive strategy should choose differentiated competitive strategy.Finally,the preconditions and objectives for the implementation of H company's differentiated competition strategy are determined.In order to implement the strategy of differentiated competition,it is mainly through product,image,channel,service and so on.At last,the specific safeguards are put forward.The main purpose of this study is to provide reasonable suggestions for H company to choose competitive strategy,improve H company's competitiveness,and ensure the implementation of the strategy.
