at present,any industry is facing the disadvantage of the buyer's market,so the enterprises are facing considerable pressure of competition.In order to take the initiative and competitive advantage in the market competition,it is very important to strengthen enterprise management besides building a good image,expanding brand influence and increasing investment.Performance evaluation and incentive mechanism is an important part of the intermal management of enterprises,enterprises through the establishment of scientific performance evaluation system and incentive mechanism,to create a good internal and extermal business environment,it will enhance the enthusiasm of the staff,improve customer relationship,strengthen cooperation with suppliers on flow has very important value and significance.The performance evaluation of MITSUBISHI mirror relates to stakeholder needs,satisfaction,ability,the five aspects of strategy and contribution to the real investigation of stakeholder evaluation is scientific and reasonable,provide advice did not improve enterprise performance evaluation system.Through the establishment of scientific performance evaluation system and incentive mechanism,it is of great significance and value for enterprise development,strategic implementation,and maximum benefits.However,at this stage,many enterprises in the design of performance evaluation system and incentive mechanism is not ideal,excessive emphasis on material incentives,to business as the core of performance appraisal for the employees and can not take into account the incentive mechanism of intermal and external enterprises,which have seriously affected the actual effect of performance appraisal and incentive mechanism of enterprises,which is not eonducive to the realization of the long-term development of enterprises and strategic objectives.In this paper,in order to provide K service automation system as an example,analysis of the current situation of the performance evaluation system and incentive mechanism of the company,analyzing the existing problems in the performance appraisal system and incentive mechanism,for MITSUBISHI mirror model construction of the company's performance evaluation,analysis of the company's development situation,and for the new company at this stage of the proposed incentive mechanism improvement suggestions.Can effectively promote the realization of K company's strategic objectives.First of all,this paper studies the theory,including the research background and significance,research status,content and methods,and summarizes the related theories of incentive mechanism and performance evaluation mechanism.Secondly,it analyzes the present situation of performance evaluation system and incentive mechanism of K company,and analyzes the problems of performance evaluation and incentive mechanism of K company.Again using the MITSUBISHI mirror model for K company stakeholders,contribution,demand,comprehensive evaluation and satisfaction strategy in five aspects,and the evaluation results are analyzed,and the shortcomings of suggestions and opinions.Combined with the knowledge,literature research and work practiee,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the K eompany,s incentive mechanism at the present stage.Finally,in order to promote the implementation of K company's performance evaluation and implementation of the incentive mechanism,some suggestions are put forward,including system guarantee,fund guarantee,organization guarantee and talent guarantee.
