In the 21st century, market competition behaves between one supply chain and the other supply chain. Integrated supply chain(ISC), which is one of the newest organizations now, is a necessary trend during the course of the supply chain development. Its member enterprises cooperate in information, fund and resources and so on. Then they get good effects. However, with different ownership, they do something for themselves and make decisions against ISC, so that they make final customers feel less satisfaction and ISC lose the competition advantage. To change this, we should evaluate ISC with the same and impersonal relatively standards and methods to help member enterprises and ISC find problems and corresponding solutions, so that they improve ISC. Good ISC evaluation helps to drive the ISC management better. This paper takes producer-leading ISC as a subject of study and construct a normative relatively ISC performance evaluation system. It emphasizes studies on ISC performance evaluation methods and incentive mechanism. The first part describes mainly the relative theories of ISC performance evaluation. The second part describes mainly the development of ISC key performance indexes based on the balanced scorecard. The third part describes index proportion based on the analytical hierarchy process. The next part describes performance evaluation standards base on benchmarking. The last part tells of incentive mechanism. The last four parts are the key ones in this paper.
