Research On Purchasing Decision-making For TJ Company Inventory Classification

As the world economic was getting more and more globalizing in the 21th century,the competition environment of manufacturing industry is getting more and more severe,and the pressure on all manufacturing enterprises rise up obviously.All these require manufacturing enterprises to make more progress in their competitive power including increasing quality of products and the operating efficiency of the organization,reducing manufacturing cost,upgrading the management and etc.Furthermore,the management of inventory and purchasing is a shortcoming of many enterprises.If any enterprise can do some improving in this point,it will enhance the management level of this enterprise.At the same time,between inventory and purchase of any company is closely related to the purchasing department,need to understand the specific information of the inventory,to formulate the reasonable purchasing plan;inventory department through master stock data,which can provide decision support for purchasing.For this reason,this paper takes TJ Company as an example to elaborate the purchasing decision problem based on inventory classification.The first chapter is the introduction,mainly expounds the background and significance of this research,the relevant literature at home and abroad is reviewed,this paper presents the research framework;the second chapter mainly introduces the related theory of inventory management and inventory classification method,this paper expounds the main methods and tools management.The status quo and specific measures of purchasing management in the third chapter,the inventory management of TJ company's are introduced,pointing out the problems;the fourth chapter mainly elaborates the necessity of TJ inventory classification,combined with the procurement management requirements,formulate the corresponding classification index,using the method of mean K clustering of relevant indicators,and the quality of classification was studied using the method of rough set,compared with the traditional ABC classification method;the fifth chapter first analyzes the existing procurement organization,and the organizational structure and the procurement process is optimized,then according to the classification results of all kinds of materials of construction procurement the decision model.Finally,the paper summarizes and prospects.The main contribution of this paper is:first,points out the existing problems of TJ company's inventory and purchasing management,laid the foundation for the follow-up of inventory classification;second,the use of K mean and rough set method to classify the existing inventory,improve the classification model of some ABC;third.According to the different types of inventory,designed the purchasing decision model,provides a theoretical guidance for the reasonable procurement department.
