Research On Purchasing And Inventory Technology Application For Civil Aircraft Maitenance And Repair Consuming Tools

China civil aviation industry entered the high-speed developing period in 2002,with the increasing market demand,China aviation MRO market became the world's fastest growing market,the competition increasing rapidly as well.China civil aviation maintenance enterprises face both opportunities and challenges.In the past decade,with the deepening of the China civil aviation industry reform China aviation repair service gradually separated from the airline's main business,gradually transformed from the affiliated department into independent enterprise.How to enhance the internal management level and develop own advantages have became the critical problems that local aviation maintenance industry must acknowledge.Tools and equipment are the elementary substance in maintenance activity;the purchasing strategies and inventory management of them play an important role in production and profitability.This paper research the way which will improve the maintenance consuming tools purchasing efficiency.Firstly study the purchasing and inventory management theories,and then puts forward a purchasing management thought based on the material classification considering the actual need.With uniting the Kraljic model and ABC classify method,the paper sets up a new classification matrix of consuming tools with two guidelines of supply risk and potential profit,and also provide the calculate methods so that all the tools could be reasonably classified.According to the result of classification,the thesis discusses the corresponding purchasing strategies and inventory management for different consuming tools types.Finally,an example by using the approaches of this thesis in aviation maintenance enterprise CE Company demonstrates that it has positive effects in improving the procurement efficiency,reducing the cost and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprise.
