With the development of economy and the improvement of people’s living,more and more people pay attention to the comfortable living environment.In the home improvement,when facing the home retail enterprise product quality and price,the people flinch.Facing the quality and price of the product,the retail enterprise is not a single enterprise competition,but the competition between the supply chains.As consumers on product performance and appearance of the increasingly high demand,the focus of product quality control of retail enterprises should transfer to control product quality,and an important part of the quality management of retail enterprises is the product of supplier quality control.Kingfisher is a home improvement retail enterprise,and there are tens of thousands of kinds of products of the company that are from outside source.If the supplier fails to its requirements of the company,it may appear product recalls,shelves,scrap,rework and loss to the supplier,so the quality cost will become the supplier is relatively high and its group procurement costs will increase.If Kingfisher products do not meet the safety requirements and the needs of consumers,Product quality problems will be on sale in the difficulties and adverse effects on the company in the market.There are many quality problems in recent year kingfisher,and the survey found that most problems were caused by the procurement of quality products.Those have seriously affected the reputation and development of Kingfisher.According to the research on the quality control of Kingfisher tools products procurement in this paper,how to select suppliers,How to methods for controlling the production and the inspection program,so that we can guarantee the quality of the product suppliers.Through the analysis and research for the past three years,Kingfisher product quality problems,we can determine the main factors that influencing the product quality of the suppliers is unstable.By a representative of the supplier that were analyzed,Kingfisher find out the tools for quality control of key factors:one is the choice of suppliers;two is the product supplier production process control;three is not product inspection.According to the factors affecting the quality of products,this paper puts forward to the strategies and measures of quality control tools,including how to choose suppliers,supplier evaluation index,strengthen the supplier’s own product and Kingfisher their products control and inspection control etc.By controlling the process improvement of existing tools products,greatly improve the supplier quality level and dicrease the rate of customer complaints to verify the kingfisher tool products quality control effect.The research of this paper has certain reference value for the quality control the related products.
