With the continuous development of economic society and the progress of financial information,information technology plays a more and more important role in the development of financial institutions.Banking as an important part of financial institutions,in recent years,with the increasing number of institutions,business development model tends to be the same,the competition among the agencies is very large.ERP as an important means of information technology,more and more financial institutions are used to enhance their competitiveness,and promote the construction of financial information.The central branch of People's Bank of China is the local branch of the People's Bank of China.Through the analysis of the business situation of the central branch of the People's Bank of China and the current management,combined with the actual demand,it takes study in detail the necessity analysis,implementation,implementation difficulty and risk and implement countermeasure of ERP system of the Central Branch of People's Bank of China.It can provide a reference for the local branch of financial institution and the People's Bank of China the implementation of ERP system.This paper mainly takes the central branch of the People's Bank of China as an example,and studies the implementation of ERP system.First of all,this paper introduces the domestic and foreign ERP related literature,ERP related theoretical knowledge,then on the basis of investigation and understanding of the characteristics and the business situation and system requirements of the central branch of the People's Bank of China,combine with practice,through standardized information project management process,preliminary proposed the ERP project implementation of the central branch of the People's Bank of China.Finally,the difficulties and risks of the ERP implementation of the central branch of the People's Bank of China are summarized and analyzed,and the countermeasures and suggestions are given.Hope that through this study,it can provide some reference on each branch of the People's Bank of China and the financial institutions to implement the ERP project.
