With the development of the material life and the application of science and technology,the condiment industry in China has aroused unprecedented vitality,and has become a new economic growth point in the food industry.With the aggravation of the market competition,the marketing strategy becomes the base of the existence and development of the enterprise.In this situation,how to survive in the fierce market competition and how to get development for Capsicum chinense chili patse of the L company,are a serious challenge.Therefore,L company needs to carefully analyze the internal and external environment,and to consider their actual situation,then develops a corresponding product marketing strategy to guide the company's production and business activities.The paper systematically expounds the basic concepts,theories and methods of marketing channel and sales promotion strategy,and puts forward the new content of channel management and promotion strategy in condiment industry.Combined with the author's work experience in the industry for many years,this paper not only has a certain theoretical value,more practical operational,but also can offer action reference and experience for the food enterprises,especially enterprises condiment.
