In the context of the Internet plus,competition among enterprises is turning white-hot.More and more enterprises recognize that the essence of market competition is the competition of talents,talent has become a very important part of enterprise strategy.Recruitment is the first step for enterprises to absorb and select talents,and also the first step for enterprises to gain competitive advantage,and campus recruitment is an important channel for enterprises to build talent pool and talent echelons.As a high-quality group,college recruiting students are the core competitiveness of the company's future development.Under the background of economic downturn and intensified internal and external economic environment,campus recruitment channels are becoming more and more important to enterprises.SH Condiment company is currently in a high-speed growth period,in the top three condiment industry,which has a certain representativeness in the condiment industry.Since 2016,the company has been involved in different fields and the scale of its personnel has been expanding.It is in urgent need of more talents with outstanding potential,This article takes SH Condiment Company as the research object,based on the modern human resource management recruitment theory,uses the method of literature research to consult and study the relevant research theories at home and abroad,based on the person-job fit and competency model,through the use of research and design questionnaires,the development status of SH condiment company and the problems existing in the actual process of campus recruitment were expounded,through the design of questionnaire and quantitative analysis,some problems such as single recruitment form,weak promotion,long recruitment process and lack of relevant protection policies were put forward.At the same time,combined with the internal and external environment of the enterprise,the paper analyzes the reasons.The internal reasons include the separation of the campus recruitment demand plan and the strategy,the unreasonable selection of the target colleges,the lack of effective evaluation tools,the insufficient investment of relevant departments,and the insufficient follow-up of the school recruitment summary feedback machine Trend:there are few professional counterparts and college students lack of self-awareness in four aspects.Through the analysis of the above reasons,suggestions are put forward from four aspects:improving the preparation of campus recruitment,optimizing the implementation process of campus recruitment,strengthening the follow-up of campus recruitment and summarizing feedback.The purpose is to develop a set of campus recruitment programs that meet the actual needs of SH Condiment Company.It has certain guidance and reference for other companies in the condiment industry to improve the quality and efficiency of campus recruitment and meet the needs of future development of talents.
