At present,China's economy is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading.Scientific and technological innovation,as a new engine for promoting economic growth,has become an indispensable factor in China's regional development.Science and technology finance are the blood of modern economic development and an important guarantee for the development of regional science and technology innovation.At the same time,the sustained and healthy growth of regional economy can feed back the science and technology finance and promote the further development of science and technology finance.It can be seen that under the background of building an innovation-oriented country,regional scientific and technological innovation,scientific and technological finance and economic growth have become an inseparable whole.In-depth exploration of the law of collaborative evolution among the three is not only the theoretical need of promote China's regional development,but also the practical demand for China to become an innovation-oriented country.This paper based on the theory of complexity science,taking the science and technology innovation,scientific and technological finance and economic growth into the same system,analyzed the collaborative evolution mechanism among the three,and on this basis,referring to B-Z reaction principle of chemical reaction,constructing logistic evolution equation,using MATLAB to simulate and analyze the co-evolution law of science and technology innovation,science and technology finance and economic growth in various provinces of China.The specific research contents and results are as follows:First,constructed the compound system theoretical model of regional science and technology innovation,science and technology finance and economic growth,and analyzed the internal interaction mechanism of the system and the action mechanism of the external environment,so as to clarify the cooperative evolution mechanism of the system.Specifically,the enterprises,universities and scientific research institutions,government,financial institutions and residents and other main elements,under the effects of object elements such as capital flow,information flow,could generate nonlinear interaction relationship.Driven by the intermal and external driving forces of"interest orientation" and "policy orientation","capital synergy","information synergy" and "dynamic synergy" have been formed inside the regional system to transform it from a disorderly state to an orderly state and achieve the synergy effect of "1+1+1>3".Second,MATLAB simulation was used to analyze the co-evolution law of regional science and technology innovation,science and technology finance and economic growth under the interaction of external innovation environment and intermal subsystem,and to explore its evolution and development trend.The research results show that the strong external innovation environment can accelerate the collaborative evolution rate of the three,and quickly promote the realization of synergies within the system,but blindly strengthening the extermal environment would make the main elements in system produce dependence,and the synergistic effect would have weakened.However,the low external environmental conditions make it difficult for the three to effectively coordinate development;In addition,no matter in what external environment,the coevolution paths of the internal subsystems are similar,indicating that there are interactions and influences in the evolution process.In the same extermal environment,the internal subsystem with high capability level has fast co?evolution rate and good synergistic effect.Therefore,to promote the evolution of the composite system to a higher level,not only needs a moderate external environment,but also needs to enhance the ability level of internal subsystems,strengthen their interaction.Third,the simulation compared and analyzed the collaborative evolution trend of technological innovation,technological finance and economic growth in the 27 provinces of China in 2016,and clarified the matching degree between the external innovation environment and the internal collaborative evolution demand of the system.The results show that the external innovation environment of 22 provinces in China is good,which can make it evolve to a higher level.However,the external innovation environment of the five provinces is at a weak level,which needs to be further improved.In addition,according to the matching degree of innovation environment and system intermal coordination requirements,27 provinces in China can be divided into three categories,that were excessive external innovation resources,moderate external innovation resource and shortage of external innovation resources,so should reduce the input of extermal resources in provinces with excessive innovation resources,and give preference to provinces with shortage of innovation resources,so as to promote the coordinated development of China's overall scientific and technological innovation,scientific and technological finance and economic growth.
