Research On The Problem Of Rural Land Transfer In Changshu City

Land is an important content in the content of production factors,which has a certain impact on social economy,social organization and institutional carrier.At present there are some problems of rural land in China,one of the representative problems is the farmers contracted management of land circulation problems and the reasons for this problem is to improve the level of agricultural development,the demand for cultivated land has changed,the requirements for the development of cultivated land with the development of scale operation,and meet the needs of the country for the strategic adjustment of agricultural structure.Since the beginning of the new century,the scale of rural land circulation has been increasing,the form of diversification and the speed of circulation has been improved,which to some extent promotes the development of agriculture,increases the income of farmers and makes great contributions to the development of rural economy.However,there are also corresponding problems in land transfer,such as insufficient land transfer market,unreasonable transfer procedures,low enthusiasm of farmers to participate in land transfer,and obvious non-agricultural use of rural land.This paper takes the land in changshu city,jiangsu province as the research object,and USES empirical analysis methods such as questionnaire survey and interview to deeply explore the existing problems and causes in the process of land transfer in this region,and formulate corresponding solutions to the existing deficiencies.Based on the investigation and analysis of relevant materials,this paper points out that there are five problems in land transfer in changshu.Secondly,it is difficult for some villages to transfer land;thirdly,it is the dispute caused by improper performance of village committees;fourthly,it is the unreasonable land transfer procedure.Fifth,the price formation mechanism and the market access mechanism in the circulation market have shortcomings.In order to solve the above problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions,such as perfecting the rural social security system,unblocking circulation channels,perfecting relevant laws and regulations,and strengthening process management.The research of this paper has important referenee value for a clearer understanding of the current situation of rural land transfer in changshu city,standardizing the rural land transfer behavior and perfecting the rural land transfer system.
