The Research On The Problems Of Changzhi Patterns And Size Of Rural Land Circulation

Rural land circulation is very important to the development of modern agriculture, which could promote rural economic development and increase farmers' income. The selection of rural land circulation mode and the determination of circulation size is the important problem in rural land circulation, it can promote the development of a reasonable and orderly rural land circulation, and also plays an important role in increasing agricultural performance. In this paper we take Changzhi city as the research object, on the basis of learning and reading related literature and theoretical,through the field visits in Changzhi city and researching on the status, characteristics and existing problems of rural land circulation,then make a summary.in the circulation mode selection, the paper divide the different land circulation model into three according to the leading role:government's leading type, enterprises leading type and farmers leading type, in the meantime, the paper build the evaluation index system and calculate the index weight, with the method of calculating and compare economic performance, social performance and comprehensive performance of different land circulation model, the result shows that the comprehensive performance of the government's leading type, enterprise leading type and farmers leading type is 85.02,218.94 and 214.66, enterprise leading model has the highest comprehensive performance, which is the preferred mode for Changzhi city. Flow in scale, the paper take the benefits of the law which is is not lower than the year's net income of the farmer who works in city as the standard, through the establishment of agricultural production function model and consider the opportunity cost, it came to the conclusion that the average land moderate scale of farmers in Changzhi city is about 30 acres, and the counties of Changzhi city worth calculates the moderate scale, XiangYuan county is the largest,41 acres, and PingShun, is the minimum,17 acres. At the end, on the basis of comprehensive evaluation analysis combined with the problems found, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote healthy rational circulation of rural land of Changzhi city such as the innovative forms of land circulation, perfect the rural social security system and so on.
