With the global economy integration and the popularization of information technology,the market competition has become particularly fierce,which indicates that China has entryed the era of market economy.The principle of "survival of the fittest"promotes China's economic development to a new height.In order to adopt to the severe social situation,enterprises have introduced mature management experience and different forms of operation mode.According to the survey,the operation mode with the team as the basic unit of work achieves the most significant effect,and the advantages of the team are mainly reflected in the cooperation effect achieved by complementary advantages and coordination among members.In order to build an eff-icient team,how to choose the right members has become an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to construct an effective recommendation method for selecting appropriate members to form an eff-icient team.This dissertation summarizes the recommendation methods of existing members and teams and analyzes the characteristics of the recommendation methods.On this basis,the following research has been carried out:1)Recommend questions for members.First,the team's cooperation performance is taken as the main observation index to evaluate the members' comprehensive quality,and the evaluation model of members' comprehensive quality based on cooperation performance(BCP-CQEM in short)is proposed.Then,the characteristics of BCP-CQEM and the existence of solutions are analyzed,and two solving strategies of BCP-CQEM based on deviation variable and satisfaction degree are constructed.Finally,the feasibility of the proposed member recommendation method is verified by a case;2)Recommend problems for the team.First,this study considers members under different indicators of the degree of complementary,gives priority to the main index of performance,and considers performance under both auxiliary index.Then,the comprehensive utility of members is measured.According to the index under the priorities,this study determines the main indicators of the most appropriate members in turn.Further,the team recommendation method based on the main indexes(shorthand for BMI-TRM)is constructed,and BMI-TRM concrete implementation steps is given.Finally,combined with the specific case the effectiveness of the BMI-TRM and feasibility is verified.Theoretical analysis and practice show that the member recommendation method based on cooperative performance and the team recommendation method based on main indicators can effectively help the team to recommend appropriate members to form a team,which can not only improve the cooperative performance of the team,but also enrich the existing recommendation methods to some extent.
