In recent years,China's poverty alleviation work has achieved brilliant results. At present, poverty alleviation has reached the final stage of sprinting, and poverty alleviation work faces two major problems:"hard bones" and "prevention of poverty"."Giving to fish" activates endogenous motivation and improves intergenerational mobility of poor people is a common means of solving these two problems. The article uses the Chinese Household Income Project Survey(CHIP)multi-phase data from the China Income Distribution Institute to focus on the main battlefield of anti-poverty-rural,the trend of intergenerational mobility and its impact on rural residents in China.Factors are studied.First, the consistency of intergenerational poverty incidence rate and income change trend with macro data in CHIP data was verified.Subsequently, the inter-generational inheritance intensity and change trend of rural households in China's rural households are measured by the inter-generational income of the five inter-generational incomes. The results show that the solidification rate of the average poverty class in the fifth period is 36%,and with the increase of income level, the improvement of class solidification is not obvious;the class flow rate increases slightly with time, and the overall upward flow rate is higher than the poverty solidification rate.On this basis, the double logarithmic regression model is used to estimate the intergenerational income elasticity of rural residents is 0.266,which fluctuates between 0.15 and 0.45 with time;in addition, the intergenerational income elasticity of non-poverty samples is significantly higher than that of poverty samples. Finally, the intermediate variable method is used to investigate the influence of various influencing factors on intergenerational income elasticity. The results show that family financial assets have the greatest ability to interpret intergenerational income elasticity(accounting for about 20%);the ability of children to interpret education level is relatively large(between 4%and 10%);The explanatory power of intergenerational income elasticity is 5.98%;the number of children and the area of operating land will affect the intergenerational income mobility of non-poor residents, but the impact is not significant in the poverty sample.Different from other intermediate variables in the study, the number of children and the area of operating land have a negative impact on the income of the offspring, and the parents' willingness to invest decreases with income. The results show that there is a strong solidification phenomenon in all classes, the richest class is the most serious, the poor class is second;although the poverty class has intergenerational upward mobility, the class solidification has not been alleviated with economic development.Under the influence of the marginal utility of intergenerational income mobility, the poor class has a larger intergenerational mobility than the non-poverty class.Land as the"home of the family" has become a burden for farmers to increase their income.Family financial assets play a major role in the transmission of intergenerational income.Education and occupation are still the main factors affecting intergenerational mobility.Providing more educational investment and employment opportunities for the needy,it is still important to activate endogenous motivation to improve intergenerational mobility of the poor.On the basis of guaranteeing education and employment,we will cultivate healthy and sustainable consumption views and financial management awareness of poor rural residents, and make effective investment in disposable income to achieve wealth accumulation. At the same time, improving the property rights system and further realizing the flowable transformation of rural land is also an important measure to curb intergenerational poverty and improve intergenerational mobility.
