| Manufacturing industry is the foundation of a country and a powerful country,which can directly reflect a country's productivity level and comprehensive strength.Building a manufacturing industry with the world's leading level is a necessary condition to enhance the country's comprehensive competitiveness,and improving the competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises ultimately requires enterprises to enhance their ability to create their own value.With the in-depth development of the Internet economy,manufacturing enterprises have become one of the important ways of enterprise development through platform transformation to create value.On the one hand,enterprises need to adopt advanced information technologies such as big data,cloud computing and the Internet of Things to make the supply and demand information between the production end and the consumption end communicate efficiently.On the other hand,from the organizational mode,the intermediate nodes in the value chain are divided into modules,thus constructing a business platform that can carry out information exchange and resource integration.Finally,manufacturing enterprises can improve the efficiency of value creation through platform transformation,thus driving the value creation level of the entire industry.This paper takes Shangpin Home Collection's platform transformation as a case study to analyze the influencing factors and transmission mechanism of platform transformation on value creation.First of all,this paper sorts out the relevant literature on the concept,motivation and influence of the platform transformation,and forms the theoretical framework of the platform transformation in combination with relevant theories.Secondly,this paper introduces the motivation and achievements of Shangpin Home Collection's platform transformation from the perspectives of industry background,enterprise background and financial analysis.Finally,this paper uses grounded theory to summarize and sort out the factors that influence the value creation of Shangpin Home Collection's platform transformation,and forms the value creation transmission mechanism model of Shangpin Home Collection's platform transformation according to the logical relationship between the factors.Research shows that Shangpin Home Collection,as a representative of the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises,builds a platform for home improvement enterprises that do not have independent transformation and upgrading through continuous exploration of the efficient combination of informatization and industrialization.The platform not onlyprovides the experience,technology and products needed by the transformation of home improvement enterprises to help them form a self-contained mode,but also Shangpin Home Collection has realized its own value creation through the platform transformation,thus achieving a win-win situation.At the same time,personalization,experience,empowerment and efficiency are four important aspects of Shangpin Home Collection's platform transformation.On the one hand,they enhance users' willingness to pay;on the other hand,they reduce the transaction costs between enterprises in the industrial chain and finally realize value creation. |
