Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Working Capital Management Of TuNiu Company

Working capital management has always been a very important part of corporate fund management.It will change with the changes in the business environment,production scale and development strategy of the company.The management of corporate working capital runs through the daily operations of the company.The management of the enterprise,from the financing of the enterprise to the investment,and then from the procurement of the enterprise to the research and development to the sales,without exception,relies on the management of good working capital to make the healthy development of the enterprise.From the current point of view,excellent working capital management level is an indispensable prerequisite and necessary condition for each enterprise to develop healthily.At present,the research on working capital management in many industries is more in-depth,but most of them are research on the manufacturing industry.There are few studies for the service industry,and there are very few for the tourism industry.Today's tourism industry is not only a simple offline operation,but also combined with modern development trends,known as the tourism e-commerce industry,so its operating environment is more complex,and the management level is more demanding.Under this premise,the paper aims to provide some help for other companies in the same industry by studying the management status of the working capital of the TuNiu Tourism Company,a prominent representative of the tourism e-commerce industry.The paper first introduces the relevant theory of working capital management into the case study,and comprehensively introduces the objectives and methods of enterprise working capital management.This paper introduces the characteristics of the industry's working capital management in the tourism e-commerce industry and the current status of the working capital management of TuNiu.Through comparison with the management of the working capital of the industry,it is concluded that the working capital structure of TuNiu working capital management is unreasonable,the risk of working capital management is high,the efficiency of working capital management is not high,and the management of working capital cost is relatively loose.The paper analyzes the causes of these existing problems and finally proposes corresponding management optimization strategies.The aim is to provide reference for the same industry and promote maintenance of core competitiveness of Chinese enterprises.
