Research On The Influence Of Information Technology Industry On Economic Growth In Hebei Province

With the acceleration of the new industrial revolution,the impact of the information technology industry on economic growth is increasing.Countries regard the development level of the information technology industry as an indicator of the economic strength of country.The information technology industry is an industry with strong power and wide penetration.While promoting its own development,it promotes the improvement of related industries and the optimization of structure.Although Hebei Province is a large industrial province,there is still a big gap compared with developed regions.The adjustment of industrial structure and the reform of supply-side structure have a long way to go.Under the opportunity of new growth points in the information technology industry,Hebei Province should seize opportunities for future development.As for the current research on the information technology industry,how should we adapt to the new situation,change research ideas,adjust policies,combine the actual situation of Hebei Province,build a model,explore its own advantages and disadvantages,and propose reasonable and feasible suggestions,and then.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to enhance the economic strength of Hebei Province and to satisfy people's affluence.The article collects relevant literatures on information technology industry and economic theory at home and abroad,and sorts out its theories and methods.Based on the gray correlation analysis,the Cobb-Douglas function of the new economic theory,the input-output table,combined with the actual situation in Hebei Province,construct econometric model and input-output model,study and analyze the relationship between information technology industry and economic growth in Hebei Province and the industry of various sectors of the national economy,get relevant conclusions and propose policy recommendations.The results show that the information technology industry has become a new economic growth point,and the promotion of economic growth in Hebei Province cannot be ignored.First of all,through the analysis of the current situation of the industry,the development of electronic manufacturing in Hebei Province is stable and large,while the software and information technology services started late,but they have developed rapidly in recent years.Secondly,the gray correlation analysis of various industries and economic growth shows that the development of information technology industry has the highest correlation with the economic growth of Hebei Province,which is close to 1.Thirdly,through the co-integration test and the improved Cobb-Douglas function model analysis,there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the economic growth of Hebei Province and the development scale of the information technology industry,and it promotes economic growth,introducing capital,labor and information technology.After the factors of progress,the impact of advances in information technology cannot be ignored.Finally,through the input-output table,the information technology industry and the industries of various sectors of the national economy are analyzed in terms of industrial relevance and industrial affluence.The information manufacturing industry and the secondary industry are highly dependent on the information technology industry and the fluency is significantly higher than the social average level of influence;while the information service industry in the information technology industry is highly dependent on the three industries,and the degree of spread is low,which needs to be improved.Based on this,the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward:increase the adjustment of industrial structure,increase personnel training and technological innovation,and increase international exchanges and cooperation.
