Since 2018,the service industry in Shanxi has accounted for 53.4% of GDP,which means that in this traditional resource-based province,the service industry has gradually transformed into the main driving force for its transformation and development.How to effectively achieve the agglomeration and effective development of its service industry schedule.Existing research believes that agglomeration development can expand the scale of the industry and bring economic benefits,but at the same time,the level of agglomeration continues to increase along with the accumulation of resources.As the cost of production factors continues to rise,it may bring economic profits.Decrease;excessive concentration in a small area may lead to excessive competition,but negatively affect economic output.So what is the level and efficiency of the agglomeration of producer services in Shanxi Province? Have the various sub-sectors reached a moderate concentration?This article first summarizes and reviews the existing research on the agglomeration level,agglomeration efficiency and moderation of domestic and foreign producer services,and then analyzes the relevant theoretical basis and the current status of the industry development in Shanxi Province.The technical content and labor quality in various sub-sectors are also constantly improving.Then,the agglomeration level of the province is measured by the output value and the location entropy of the number of employees.From the former entropy value,only the transportation industry has formed an advantageous agglomeration.From the latter entropy value,the index value and the trend of change are relatively small Entropy of output value.Secondly,the two-stage DEA model is used to evaluate the agglomeration efficiency of the producer service industry in Shanxi Province.In the first stage,the industry labor force and the fixed assets of the whole society are used as input indicators,and the spatial entropy output value location entropy is used as the output indicator to measure the agglomeration scale efficiency;In the second stage,the output obtained by the former is the input indicator,the added value of each industry and the gross output value are the output indicators,and the innovation economic efficiency of the agglomeration of each industry is measured.The study found that the overall first-stage agglomeration in Shanxi Province is effective,and the second stage Aggregation is invalid.Finally,using the industrial comprehensive scale index and the polynomial fitting equation of business surplus to judge the appropriateness of the agglomeration of Shanxi's producer service industry sub-sectors,the results show that Shanxi's information technology,technology and business service industry are agglomeration-promoting,and the financial industry is a Moderate agglomeration type,the transportation industry is an excessive agglomeration type.According to the empirical conclusions,policy recommendations were put forward in terms of professional personnel training,reasonable agglomeration and development in different industries,industrial integration driving weak industry development,and excessive agglomeration industry transfer.The innovation of this article is to study the agglomeration level of producer services in economically underdeveloped provincial regions in Shanxi;to innovate the evaluation method of agglomeration efficiency in this industry,to study the agglomeration scale efficiency and economic efficiency in stages;The literature on the moderation of the agglomeration method is used to study the moderation of the tertiary industry,innovating the field of industry research.
