Research On The Coordination Between Technology Innovation And Export Competitiveness Of High-tech Industry In Shanxi Province

Since entering the era of knowledge economy,high-tech industry characterized by knowledge and technology intensive has gradually become an important part of economic development and trade competition of all countries in the world.However,Shanxi Province,which is located in the inland area of our country,coal and other related industries have always played an importantrole in the economic and trade development of Shanxi Province.The economicdevelopment model at the cost of resource consumption not only brings serious environmental problems to Shanxi Province,but also becomes an important obstacle to the sustainable development of Shanxi Province.In order to change the mode of economic development,Shanxi Province has launched a series of policies and measures,such as the 13 th five year plan for innovation,to encourage the development of high-tech industry.So as to increase the proportion of high-tech industry export trade in Shanxi Province in the export trade,promote the trade level of Shanxi Province,and promote the trade transformation and economic transformation of Shanxi Province.However.In the practice of development,improve the level of technological innovation or enhance the competitiveness of exports is the focus of research,less attention ispaid to the coordinated development of the two.At the same time,technological innovation ability and efficiency play different roles in technological innovation level of high-tech industry.Therefore,this paper comprehensivelystudies and judges whether the technological innovation level and export competitiveness of Shanxi Province's high-tech industry are in a coordinated state from two aspects,technological innovation ability,technological innovation efficiency and export competitiveness.Shanxi Province is located in the central region of China.In order to analyze the current level of technological innovation and export competitiveness of high-tech industries in Shanxi Province,as well as the coordination between them.This paper selects the relevant data of high-tech industry development of six provinces in Central China from 2005 to 2018.Based on the calculation of technological innovation ability,technological innovation efficiency and industrial competitiveness level,it constructs a coupling coordination measurement model to analyze the coordination between technological innovation and export competitiveness.The results are as follows:(1)The technological innovation ability of Shanxi Province is on the rise,and compared with the input ability of technological innovation,the output ability of technological innovation is the key factor that affects the innovation ability;(2)The overall incongruity between the techn ological innovation ability and the export competitiveness of the high-tech industry in Shanxi Province;(3)The no effective reason of the technological innovation efficiency of the high-tech industry in Shanxi Province is the regulation Model efficiency is not effective;(4)The efficiency of technological innovation and export competitiveness of high-tech industry in Shanxi Province are not coordinated as a whole;(5)The technological innovation and export competitiveness of high-tech industry in Shanxi Province are not coordinated as a whole.
