In 2015,the Chinese government deployed and implemented the "Made in China 2025" plan,which is dedicated to the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.With the rapid development of high-tech industries represented by high-end manufacturing,more and more high-tech industries are exporting.Although there are literatures to study the technical complexity of China' s high-tech industries'exports,they are aimed at export technologies of high-tech industries in individual provinces.Less research on complexity.This article mainly studies the impact of technological innovation in Shandong Province on the technical complexity of high-tech industry exports,and compares it with other coastal cities such as Jiangsu Province and Guangdong Province in order to better research and discover the export competitiveness of high-tech industries in Shandong Province.Problems in the development process.Firstly,relevant indicators are selected to measure the status of technological innovation in high-tech industries in Shandong Province,and compared with other developed provinces and cities.Through comparison,it is found that there are problems in the technological innovation of Shandong's high-tech industries.Then,according to the export technical complexity measure method defined by Hausmann(2005),etc.,the collected data of Shandong Province were calculated according to the selected measurement method,and the high-tech industry exports of Shandong Province and other provinces and autonomous regions from 2001 to 2016 were calculated.The technical complexity has comprehensively and meticulously studied the basic situation of Shandong Province's high-tech industry's export technical complexity,compared with other provinces and cities,and understood the gap in the technical complexity of export of high-tech industries between Shandong Province and other provinces and cities.On the basis of theoretical analysis,using the measured data,an empirical analysis of the technological innovation of high-tech industries and the complexity of export technologies was conducted.The quantitative analysis method was used to empirically analyze the technological innovations of high-tech industries in three provinces of Shandong Province,Guangdong Province,and Jiangsu Province.Impact of export technology complexity.The results show that technological innovation has a certain role in promoting the technical complexity of high-tech industry exports.Natural resource endowments and infrastructure construction also have a certain impact on the technical complexity of high-tech industry export.Therefore,through theoretical research and empirical analysis,this paper concludes that technological innovation in high-tech industries has a certain role in promoting the technical complexity of exports,and suggests that Shandong Province should increase investment in high-tech industry funds and talents and improve The conversion rate of scientific research achievements in high-tech industries also makes corresponding recommendations.
