Research On Performance Appraisal System Of A Real Estate Company Based On Green Balanced Scorecard

Real estate plays an important role in China's national economy.With the increasingly fierce competition in the real estate industry,its influence on the development of China's market economy has further expanded.As an important performance of measuring the level of enterprise management,the establishment of a scientific and effective performance evaluation system plays an important role in real estate companies to cope with the fierce market competition.Balanced scorecard is a set of comprehensive and scientific performance evaluation system based on the company's strategic objectives.Meanwhile,protect the environment and the basic state policy of saving resources and protecting the environment,in response to general secretary Xi Jinping's nineteen major reports,namely,the beautiful scenery of green hills and water,which is the golden mountain and silver mountain,should be considered in the development of enterprises.Therefore,it is an approach to adapt to the development of the times to add resource and environment dimension indicators in the traditional balanced scorecard system.Firstly,this paper combs the domestic and foreign literature about the research of performance evaluation and balanced scorecard,defines the concept of performance and balanced scorecard,as well as the content and characteristics of green balanced scorecard;secondly,it expounds the organizational structure of company a and the status quo of its performance evaluation system,and finds out the existence of its performance evaluation system through questionnaire understanding and analysis This paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of introducing green Balanced Scorecard into a real estate company.Thirdly,according to the changes of macro and micro environment,it analyzes the strategy of a real estate company,mainly including the analysis of strategic objectives and the drawing of strategic map.According to the strategic map,it constructs the performance evaluation index system based on green balanced scorecard,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to analyze five indicators The assessment indicators of the level are weighted and the data of 2018 are used to make an overall comprehensive pre evaluation of a real estate company.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the performance appraisal system in the company,this paper putsforward the corresponding safeguard measures from the aspects of corporate culture,corporate system and organizational structure.
